Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive (IT) at Pixelperinches Technologies Pvt Ltd in Mohali district. The role involves tasks such as new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management to drive the growth of the company.

Responsibilities
- Receive calls, emails, trip feedback, and send an initial response within the SLA’s.
- Document all information according to standard operating procedures
- Categorize the request/Label it according to SOP (Type and Criticality)
- Identify the RCA (Root cause analysis) and the action items and document it in the internal note. This will help in breaking the issue into smaller parts and understand the cause for it. Guidelines for identification of RCA are present in the SOP
- Follow up with the owner with the result of RCA to identify the action items.
- Respond back to the employee with the best possible solution.
- Monitor the resolution for a day (if required) and then close the ticket.
- Quality check for every call will be done on a real time basis.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proficient in Java (Java 8 and above), with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
Knowledge in the trading domain, including familiarity with trading systems and protocols.
Strong skills in SQL and PL/SQL for database management and query optimization.
Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows operating systems for application deployment and maintenance.
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, or similar).

- Responsible for the implementation and support for Safetrax tool for large corporates and fleet partners
- Act as single point contact for all client queries.
