Role Summary

The Executive – AFS Operations (Back Office) will be responsible for supporting day-to-day aftersales operational activities through documentation, coordination, MIS reporting, CRM updates, billing support, and technician scheduling. The role ensures smooth backend execution of service operations and timely closure of jobs with proper records and compliance.

🎓 Education & Skills

• Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or any related field

• 1–3 years of experience in Back Office / Operations Coordination roles

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Email Coordination, and Documentation

• Basic understanding of service operations, job cards, and billing workflows

🔧 Key Responsibilities

🧩 Operations Coordination

• Coordinate with internal teams for job scheduling and execution updates

• Track daily service activities and technician deployment status

• Maintain operational records, trackers, and job status reports

• Support service planning and execution coordination activities

📦 Documentation & Billing Support

• Maintain and verify job cards, service reports, GRNs, and acknowledgments

• Ensure all service documents are complete and billing-ready

• Share verified documents with billing/commercial teams

• Maintain soft copies and filing of operational records

🗃️ CRM & MIS Management

• Update job execution details in CRM on a daily basis

• Prepare MIS reports, Excel trackers, and pending job reports

• Monitor job closures and maintain accurate operational data

• Share regular updates with reporting managers

📧 Communication & Follow-up

• Coordinate with technicians, stores, and internal departments via email/phone

• Follow up on pending documents, approvals, and service updates

• Escalate delays or operational issues to seniors when required

• Support audit documentation and compliance activities

·Sales Strategy and Planning:

•  Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals. 
•   Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

Team Management:

You will be getting leads from the company. You need to builds and maintains business relationships with new and existing customers. You understand customers' needs and recommend appropriate solutions, negotiate with clients to help them move down the sales funnel, record client feedback and maintain a customer database. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, build, execute financial, strategic, and operational analysis across the company and products
• Visa arrangement
• Assist in quarterly and annual budgeting, planning, and forecasting process 
• Assist in month-end finance process including closing books, audit, Invoicing, A/R report, etc
• Assist in managing the HRIS system including data updates of all employee information changes and additions; ensure integrity and accuracy of People data 
• Monitor and report on all key HR metrics; manage the design, implementation and tracking of all People team KPIs 
• Provide useful data to help guide decision-making, and allow the company to scale effectively and efficiently
• Identify and recommend methods to automate, simplify, and enhance processes, procedures, and technology to support the finance and operations team

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have completed Chartered Accountancy (CA) course
• 1-3 years of experience in finance and operations, preferably in a high-growth tech environment 
• Must show documented proficiency in project management - from project design to evaluation 
• Attention to detail; experience with analytics, metrics and business consulting skills preferred
• Candidate must be able to effectively synthesize disparate quantitative and qualitative data sets to make data-driven decisions quickly for the organization
• Ability to diagnose problems with strategic thinking skills, as well as drive appropriate solutions with self-initiative preferred
• Strong communication and collaborative skills to effectively support and connect with a diverse team
• Obsessive around moving critical business metrics and products

Frontend Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES

EXPERIENCE

We are looking for a full-stack Javascript developer mainly with Javascript Frameworks (React, Angular) and NodeJS skillset.

As a Frontend JS Developer, you will be required to implement a complete user interface in the form of a mobile and desktop web app, with a focus on performance.

As a NodeJS developer, you will need to focus on the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.

THE SKILLS YOU NEED / TECHNOLOGIES WE’RE WORKING ON,

CORE:

• Experience of data acquisition, extraction and normalization from PLCs and sensors with open protocols (OPC-UA, Modbus and MTConnect) + proprietary connectors (for Siemens Sinumerik, Fanuc and Mitsubishi)

• Comfortable building the Edge hardware and software infrastructure - IoT Gateways, IoT Servers installed on Linux or Android (Yocto) forks

• Exposure to low latency connectivity architecture using a combination of Wireless (Cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and NFC), and wired (Ethernet) interfaces. Consequently, necessary is an understanding of Profinet and MQTT communication standards.

• In depth knowledge of the architecture of smart manufacturing software components - SCADA, Historian, MES etc.

• Have leveraged a cross-section database types - RDS (Postgres) and / or NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB)

• A fanatical level of thoroughness with the OOP such as C++, JAVA (Spring) as well as the more recent Node.js, Go 

FUNDAMENTALS:

• Strong CS fundamentals. Deep knowledge of math, probability, statistics and algorithms. Delivering full-stack projects from conceptualization to production. Iterating, developing and testing MVPs quickly - therefore identifying opportunities to automate the development cycle to the maximum feasible extent.

• Extensive experience of leveraging (opensource) libraries / solutions, frameworks, APIs, AWS IIoT (or similar) etc., to drive efficiencies in product development. We’re NOT planning to reinvent the wheel.

• Familiarity with deploying and developing in a microservices architecture. i.e., deploying on a containerized (Kubernetes, Docker, ECS, EKS etc.) stack that communicates via REST APIs. Developing while religiously following the CI / CD methodology.

• Trade tools such as PLC simulators, IoT device / sensor simulators, Cucumber, Selenium, GIT, IDEs (ex., Eclipse), JIRA etc., would be almost second nature

• software engineering experience focused on web development.
• Hands on experience in architecting large scale frontend applications.
