International Telesales Manager

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Use domain knowledge along with research and analytical skills for market sizing, market landscaping, workflow analysis, pricing analysis in the IT industry for SAAS Products
• Analyzing data, developing reports and dashboards, and communicating insights to the business. The role will stretch across the breadth of our organization and have both global and region-specific coverage
• Excel based analysis linking multiple data points to identify impactful insights and trends in data
• Present research findings to key stakeholders over PPTs  
• Data prep and QC as and when needed to ensure data accuracy
• Liaise with key senior business stakeholders to understand their business problems and propose analytical solutions.
• Blend technical analytics skills along with a strong domain/business understanding to help our marketing & commercial organizations take the right strategic decisions
• Build expertise on the market landscape in the context of the business, through individual learning and regular interactions with the team
• Supporting broader team programs, processes and simplification initiatives, as needed

The essential requirements of the job include:

• 2-5 years' experience in IT industry in Analytics; MBA would be an added advantage
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal & communication skills within a global environment (oral and written)
• Demonstrated experience in projects involving market sizing, market landscaping, workflow analysis and pricing analytics
• Comfortable handling big data in MS-Excel, creative in presentations, pulling together insights from a variety of sources with effective presentation and story boarding skills
• Problem solver accompanied by strong analytical and process skills, keen attention to detail, be highly organized and methodical
• Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve

We are hiring a Frontend Developer for Dehradun Location.

Exp- 1.5-4 years

Requirements:

• Work experience on AngularJs, Javascript & React Js.
• Good working knowledge of Frontend Development. 
• Good Communication Skills. 
• Problem-solving skills.
• Good working knowledge of Fronted Development Skills.

Technical-Requirements: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, and solid years of relevant experience. 
• A strong grasp of SQL/Presto and at least one scripting (Python, preferable) or programming language. 
• Experience with an enterprise class BI tools and it's auditing along with automations using REST API's. 
• Experience with reporting tools – QuickSight (preferred, at least 2 years hands on). 
• Tableau/Looker (both or anyone would suffice with at least 5+ years of hands on). 
• 5+ years of experience with and detailed knowledge of data warehouse technical architectures, data modelling, infrastructure components, ETL/ ELT and reporting/analytic tools and environments, data structures and hands-on SQL coding. 
• 5+ years of demonstrated quantitative and qualitative business intelligence. 
• Experience with significant product analysis based business impact. 
• 4+ years of large IT project delivery for BI oriented projects using agile framework. 
• 2+ years of working with very large data warehousing environment. 
• Experience in designing and delivering cross functional custom reporting solutions. 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The Python Backend Engineer position may be a good fit for you if:

1. You have 3 (or more) years of experience building and maintaining cloud applications.
2. You have built APIs with Python, Flask, Django or FastAPI before.
3. You have experience working with relational databases like PostgresSQL or MySQL and have spent time writing SQL queries for large datasets.
4. Experience in writing Unit tests with pytest.
5. You have worked with Docker, docker-compose.
6. Familiarity with the AWS ECS stack.

• Managing the solving of problems concerning the test automation infrastructure
• Understand and maintain Test Automation Frameworks.
• Follow the coding standards and code walk through.

• Ability to work independently on tasks / modules assigned related to automation
• Monitoring of and reporting on the progress of the test automation process
