Position Overview:

An Associate Database Engineer is responsible for the administration and monitoring of database systems and is available to work in shifts.

Responsibilities

● Managing and maintaining various customer database environments.

● Monitoring proactively database performance using internal tools and metrics.

● Implementing backup and recovery procedures.

● Ensuring data security and integrity.

● Troubleshooting database issues with a focus on internal diagnostics.

● Assisting with capacity planning and system upgrades.

● This role requires a solid understanding of database management systems, proficiency in using internal tools for performance monitoring, and flexibility to work in various shifts to ensure continuous database

support.

Requirements

● Good knowledge of Linux OS and its tools

● Strong expertise in PostgreSQL database administration

● Proficient in SQL and any programming languages (python, bash)

● Hands-on experience with database backups, recovery, upgrades, replication and clustering

● Troubleshooting of database issues

● Familiarity with Cloud (AWS/GCP)

● Working knowledge of AWS RDS, Aurora, CloudSQL

● Strong communication skills

● Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

● B.Tech/M.Tech or any equivalent degree

● Deeper understanding of database and Linux troubleshooting

● Working knowledge of upgrades and availability solutions

● Working knowledge in backup tools like pg backrest/barman

● Good knowledge of query optimization and index types

● Experience with database monitoring and management tools.

● Certifications on PostgreSQL or related technologies are a plus

● Prior experience in customer support or technical operation

We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operators to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both Tamil and English typing, with a strong focus on accuracy and timely data processing.

Designation: Data Entry Operator

Shift Timings: 9 Am to 6 Pm

Working Days: Monday To Saturday

Openings: 25 Nos

Preferred: Immediate Joining

Work Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and update data in internal systems or databases.
• Perform thorough data verification to ensure completeness and correctness.
• Submit assigned tasks within deadlines.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Follow project-specific guidelines and SOPs for data handling.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Graduate (Freshers are welcome).
• Computer Proficiency: Basic knowledge of MS Office, typing tools, and data entry platforms.
• Language Skills: Ability to read, write, and type in Tamil is mandatory.
• Typing Skills: Good typing speed and accuracy in both Tamil and English.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with data entry jobs, back office operations, or non-voice BPO is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, and internal database systems.

• Design implement and support highly scalable applications and web services using Microsoft technologies (ASP.NET, C#, MVC, WCF, SQL Server, Windows Forms, Web API/Rest API)
• Candidates should have the ability to train and work along with development teams to ensure timelines and quality deliveries.
• Lead project estimations, system architecture and performance engineering of projects
• Support software engineers on the team with guidance, experience, oversight, advice and code reviews
• Work with the quality assurance team to ensure that the software is fully unit tested, can be performance tested, and passes quality requirements

Desired Candidate Profile – 

• Candidate needs to have more than 5+ years of experience with IT industry.
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in designing and developing applications on the .NET platform.
• More than 1+ year of experience with MVC, WCF framework is needed.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in React or Angular or JQuery, HTML, CSS
• Experience in web application Architecture and Development with hands on expertise in delivering solutions based on/customizing ASP.Net 4.0 / MVC and above.
• Expert-level knowledge of SQL Server programming.
• Strong understanding of OOPS fundamentals, Entity Framework, LINQ and REST APIs.
• Good knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services and Crystal Reports.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (TFS/SVN/Git).
• Proficient understanding of build/release management processes.
• Must have experience of working in Agile/Scrum environment.
• Must have some experience developing Windows-based applications.
• Must possess very good logical, analytical and communication skills.
• Candidates with knowledge of US Mortgage process will be given preference.
• Must be willing to travel abroad for short- and long-term duration.
• Shift timing 11 am- 8 pm, 6 pm- 3 am, 4 pm- 1 am (Candidate needs flexibility for all shift as per client requirements).
