Candidate should have experience in IT or Cyber Security Solutions Sales in India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement & Retention:
• Regularly travel to meet with key accounts, build trust, and strengthen relationships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic clients.
• Resolve client issues promptly and effectively to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
• Revenue Growth:
• Meet or exceed sales targets through strategic account management and upselling.
• Develop and execute plans to grow existing accounts and penetrate new verticals.
• Analyze account performance and identify new revenue streams.
• Business Development:
• Identify new sales opportunities through cold visits, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and drive campaigns.
• Reporting & Forecasting:
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Forecast sales pipeline and contribute to revenue planning.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work cross-functionally with operations, customer success, and product teams.
• Provide feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement of offerings.

Essential Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility would be overseeing complete Load balancing and Network Packet Broker Operation.
• Load Balancing Engineer with hands-on experience on F5 BIG-IP GTM and LTM devices as well as Citrix NetScaler.
• Hands on experience in migrating other load balancer vendors to F5 Load Balancer
• Must be an expert in F5 and Citrix Load Balancing platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Should analyse, design, implement and maintain the networks F5 and Citrix NetScaler Load Balancer infrastructure.
• Should inspect data packets and TCP, IP flow in network and application flow.
• Should possess a working knowledge of switches, routers, and firewall concepts.
• Should be able to configure and maintain F5 and Citrix Load Balancers, load balancing best practices.
• Should also take the responsibility to upgrade network operating systems software and hardware as per the management requirements.
• Must ensure that the plans are integrated effectively with the other aspects of the technical infrastructure.
• Extensive knowledge of Load balancing technology including algorithms and health check options.
• Knowledge and experience regarding F5 BIG-IP LTM VIP configuration with health check.
• Knowledge and experience with F5 BIG-IP GTM Wide IP configuration.
• F5 BIG-IP iRule programming and troubleshooting experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Citrix NetScaler VIP configuration with Knowledge and experience with Citrix NetScaler Global Load Balancing (Gslb) configuration.

• 4+ Years of proven work experience as a WordPress developer.
• Good experience in building custom WordPress themes, custom  plugins  and configuring content using custom fields.
• Extensive experience in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience using CSS Grid, CSS Flexbox 
• Good Communication skills

• Building the website front-end and back-end from scratch without using any page builders. 

• Creating easy to use, intuitive,  well-structured backend for content management.
• Writing SEO friendly, high performant code.

• Analyse client’s financial status (e.g., income, expenses and liabilities)

• Build strong relationships to retain existing clients.
