Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated GRC Consultant to play a pivotal role in

delivering projects for the implementation of the Governance, Risk, and Compliance framework.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of risk management, compliance monitoring, and

contribute to strategic enhancements for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

● Take a lead role in the ongoing development and enhancement of the GRC

framework.

● Drive the implementation of policies and procedures as required by various

information security/privacy/data security frameworks.

● Implement frameworks such as ISO 27001, ISO 22301, etc., and achieve client

certification.

Risk Management:

● Lead the identification, assessment, and management of risks across diverse

business units.

● Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide strategic recommendations.

● Understand compliance requirements with laws and regulations concerning

information security and privacy.

Training and Leadership:

● Conduct training and awareness sessions for end users and client SPOCs on

information and cybersecurity requirements.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.

● Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

● Candidates with a cybersecurity background only.

● Minimum 2 yrs experience in cybersecurity

Key Responsibilities

1. Material & Production Quality Control

 Inspect incoming façade materials (aluminum profiles, glass, brackets, sealants,

fasteners, etc.) for compliance with approved specifications.

 Monitor façade fabrication processes, including cutting, machining, assembly, and

glazing to ensure adherence to quality standards.

 Verify proper calibration and operation of machinery used in façade production.

 Conduct in-process and final inspections of façade panels and units.

2. Installation Site Quality Control

 Inspect façade installation on-site, ensuring alignment, fixing, sealing, waterproofing,

and thermal insulation meet approved drawings and method statements.

 Monitor installation tolerances, anchorage systems, and structural safety

requirements.

 Identify non-conformities at the site and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

3. Testing & Compliance

 Conduct or supervise façade-related tests such as water penetration tests, air

infiltration tests, structural load tests, adhesion tests, and visual inspections.

 Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards (ASTM, BS,

EN, ISO), and local building regulations.

 Prepare and maintain test reports, inspection checklists, and NCRs (Non-

Conformance Reports).

4. Documentation & Reporting

 Maintain detailed QC documentation including ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), MIRs

(Material Inspection Requests), WIRs (Work Inspection Requests), and QC daily

logs.

 Support QA/QC Manager in compiling QA documentation for project handover.

 Track and follow up on corrective actions and improvements.

5. Coordination & Communication

 Coordinate with production supervisors, site engineers, project managers, and

subcontractors regarding quality issues.

 Participate in quality meetings, site inspections, and audits.

 Provide technical guidance and training on quality procedures for façade works.

Qualifications & Skills

Education

 Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,

Architecture, or related field.

Experience

 2–7 years of experience in façade QC, curtain wall systems, cladding, or

aluminum/glass fabrication.

 Knowledge of façade materials, production processes, and installation techniques.

Technical Skills

 Familiarity with quality standards: ASTM, EN, BS, ISO.

 Ability to read engineering drawings and façade shop drawings.

 Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and NCR management.

 Understanding of façade testing procedures.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Test Engineer with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic testing team.
