Job Title: Java Developer

We are looking for experienced and passionate Java Developers with strong expertise in Core Java, multithreading, and performance tuning. You will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance, scalable, and resilient backend systems. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex, enterprise-level systems and modern architectures like microservices and event-driven frameworks.

 • 3–10 years of hands-on experience in Java (8 or above) development. 

 • Strong foundation in OOPs, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.

 • Deep understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and synchronization techniques.

 • Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, JPA/Hibernate. 

 • Good working knowledge of RESTful API development. 

 • Proficient in SQL and experience with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.

 • Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines. 

 • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology

Key Skills Expected:

• C# ASP.NET, MVC, Razor Syntax
• .NET Core, WebAPI
• MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL
• HTML / CSS / Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular (at least one resource should know Angular)
• Microsoft Azure / AWS (would be a big advantage)

Job Details: 

• Three plus years of experience in IT systems analysis and application program development

Responsibilities:

1. Create high performance, secure, responsive, clean and simple front-end builts in collaboration and discussion with backend developers, designers and product owners

2. Responsibility for resolving all issues assigned in a timely manner

3. Participate in and lead architectural discussions with a group of senior architects

Requirements:

8. Proficient in Linux,  and understanding of Ubuntu OS
9. Knowledge on Firebase or Firestore is a plus
