About the Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst with expertise in building data pipelines, designing data marts, and leveraging BI tools (ideally Metabase) to drive data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will work with Peliqan to create reliable, scalable data infrastructure and translate data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build data pipelines to collect, process, and transform raw data into usable formats.
• Develop and optimize data marts to support efficient querying and analysis.
• Utilize BI tools (preferably Metabase) to create reports, dashboards, and visualizations that enable data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver insights that support business objectives.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and accuracy across pipelines and analytics solutions.
• Optimize queries and database performance to ensure smooth data retrieval and reporting.
• Work with integration and engineering teams to ensure seamless data flow between systems.

Requirements

• Strong experience in SQL and database design for analytics.
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT processes, data transformation, and building data pipelines.
• Experience with BI tools (Metabase preferred, but experience with Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc., is also valuable).
• Understanding of data modeling and best practices for analytics data structures.
• Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages for data manipulation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Peliqan or similar data integration/automation platforms.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
• Ability to automate reporting and data workflows for efficiency.

Who You Are:

* Good understanding of software engineering, DataOps, data architecture, Agile and DevOps methodologies.

* Experience building Data architectures that optimize performance and cost, whether the components are prepackaged or homegrown.

* Proficient with SQL, Java, Spring boot, Python or JVM-based language, Bash.

* Experience with any of Apache open source projects such as Spark, Druid, Beam, Airflow etc. and big data databases like BigQuery, Clickhouse, etc

* Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical people.

The ideal candidate is not only a proficient UI developer but also possesses a deep understanding of performance optimization techniques for web applications. You will be responsible for enhancing the performance, scalability, and user experience of our high-traffic and complex applications. As a Senior Front-End Performance Engineer, you will play a key role in leading a team, collaborating with cross-functional groups, and creatively solving challenging technical problems.

Responsibilities

Your Core Skills

• Proficiency in Vue.js, Webpack, TypeScript, Node.js, and MongoDB is a plus
• Deep understanding of browser rendering behavior, network performance, and caching strategies.
• Experience in leading or mentoring development teams.
• Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle challenging technical issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Familiarity with open-source software development and contributions.

About You:

Experience, have basic knowledge and show interest in the blockchain industry.

A consultative sales approach. Ability to listen to a customer's concerns and build a solution to address their concerns.

Ability to talk about the benefits rather than the features of a product or service.

Experience in selling a premium service and therefore possess an understanding of how to talk to our position in the market and price point.

Highly motivated and the target is driven with a proven track record in commercial sales

Experience in leveraging LinkedIn to prospect, connect and develop a pipeline of opportunities.

Effective time management skills in a bustling environment and the ability to work to deadlines.
