Job Role: Key Accounts Manager

Job Description: We are looking for a Junior KAM with experience in handling key accounts and

developing new business for our company. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is excited by the prospect of growing with the company in a friendly environment and having a key role in the process.

Responsibilities:

● Handling Key Accounts and nurturing Business Relationships.

● Brand Life Cycle Planning & Management.

● Sales, Upselling & Cross-Selling Web and Digital marketing services/solutions including SEO,

Google, PPC, social media marketing, B2B marketing, Branding, website development, and other services.

● Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and

conducting research on target clients.

● Excellent presentation, pitches, proposal, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. Maintain an active schedule of prospecting calls.

● Plan and execute projects end to end (Starting from briefs to reports to billing).

● Negotiating and timely follow-up to ensure that the delivery is on time.

● Research the market and keep a close eye on market trends.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Additional duties may be assigned as required)

• Troubleshoot issues in support of production outages within SLA/escalation guidelines.
• Consult with customers to understand the issues.
• Proactively monitor environments and respond to alerts of systems and issues.
• Having the ability to accurately document all actions taken is key to providing the best support possible.
• Capable of performing in a fast-paced technical environment. Continually identify efficiencies for systems, processes, and procedures.

Required Skills:

• Develop a marketing plan for the products you support in conjunction with our marketing team, including key activities and budgets to support the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers.
• Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support your products on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on required changes.
• Plan the launches of net-new products and releases of existing products, and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
• Act as the primary thought leader for the products you support externally, including speaking engagements and written works.
• Understand and support our sales channels; train them on the problems we solve for our buyers and users; develop internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use it.

• 5+ years of product marketing experience with at least 2 years of experience in a market-facing role (e.g. delivering presentations to customers and prospects, conducting competitor analysis and market research)
• Proficient in productivity applications such as Microsoft Office, Project or Basecamp.
• Comfortable using collaboration and CRM tools such as Slack and Salesforce.
• Familiar with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Pardot and Omniture, and Google Analytics.
• Power user of networking tools such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
• Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is –or isn’t—working
• Must be a strong public speaker, comfortable in front of large, senior groups, and a solid writer.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced .NET Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience developing and maintaining .NET applications. 

The candidate will be responsible for creating, testing, and implementing high-quality .NET software applications that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop .NET applications based on customer requirements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and implement new features.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of coding standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in .NET development.
• Strong knowledge of .NET Framework and .NET Core.
• Proficient in C#, ASP.NET, and MVC.
• Experience with SQL Server and Entity Framework.
• Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• You will be building and Shipping Robust apps to Android / ios devices using a single codebase.

• Understanding Basic concepts of Design for Developing user Friendly applications.

• Basic experience in Development of Android / Ios Applications and have deployed them on Google Play/ App Store.

• In depth understanding of Front end languages like HTML, css3, and JavaScript & Object - oriented Programming Languages like JAVA and C++
