• Ability to translate Wireframes and PSD Designs into functional web apps using HTML5, AngularJS, React , Node.js, and Mongo

• Binding of UI elements to JavaScript object models

• Creating RESTful services with Node.js

• Architect scalable web architectures

• Work in a cross-functional team to deliver a complete user experience

• Create Unit and Integration tests to ensure the quality of code

• Be responsive to change requests and feature requests

• Write code that is cross-platform and cross-device compatible

About the Role 

We are seeking a proactive Account Manager who excels in communication, coordination, and problem-solving. The core responsibility is to manage client relationships, ensure clarity across teams, and deliver projects with precision and timeliness. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts. 
• Understand client needs and communicate scope, tasks, and progress clearly across teams. 
• Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Marketing, Strategy, etc.) to ensure timely and high-quality deliveries. 
• Manage project milestones, documentation, and workflow updates. 
• Conduct client onboarding, training sessions, and product demos as required. 
• Support clients in understanding process flows, tools, and deliverables. 
• Handle escalation management and resolve issues proactively. 
• Conduct regular performance review calls and maintain customer satisfaction. 
• Manage multiple accounts while prioritizing deadlines and quality deliverables. 
• Maintain structured status tracking and reporting. 
• Support internal improvements and contribute to optimized operational processes. 

Skills & Qualifications 

• 2–4 years of experience in Account Management / Client Servicing / Customer Success. 
• Strong command of written & verbal communication. 
• Proven experience working with CRM systems. 
• Ability to conduct technical onboarding, product walkthroughs, and client demos. 
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex situations calmly. 
• Leadership and team coordination experience is an advantage. 
• Experience working with creative, digital, or production environments is preferred.

Must to have skills

• Graduate degree in B.Tech/MS/M.Tech/MCA/B.E. 
• Willing to learn new technologies & work with cross functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to generate and communicate meaningful development metrics.
• Very strong problem-solving aptitude and ability to delve into multifaceted pieces of knowledge.
• Decent programming experience in one or more of these programming languages widely used in open source community projects such as Java/ Core Java/ Javascript.

Good to have Skills

• Decent programming exposure in Data Structures, Algorithms.
• Some exposure to open-source projects within Kubernetes/any other communities such as Knative, Operators, Fluentd, Prometheus, Elasticsearch etc.
• Knowledge on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Knowledge on design, development, microservices, SQL/NoSQL would be Plus.
• Knowledge on ecommerce/retail/supply Chain/SaaS/PaaS would be Plus.

Responsibilities:

• Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)
• Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies
• Analyze test results on database impacts and usability
• Provide support and documentation
• Design and develop automation scripts when needed
• Analyze user stories, use cases and requirements
• Participate in product design reviews and provide inputs on potential problems
• Apply quality engineering principles throughout the Agile product lifecycle
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications:

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Applications Testing with exposure to API and automation testing
• Working knowledge of popular test management software and SQL
• Knowledge of at least one programming/ scripting language
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• Good organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
• Team player
• Good time management skills
• B.E / B.Tech degree in Computer Engineering / Computer Science.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in Mobile App testing on Android and iOS platforms
• Knowledge of performance testing
• Knowledge of at least one database management system
• Interest in data analysis
• Exposure to startup work culture
