We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executives to join our B2B International Sales team for the Australian market. This is an exciting opportunity to work with clients in the Energy, Telecom, and Cyber Security sectors, build strong relationships, and drive business growth.

Job Overview

As an SDR at Awign, you will play a key role in driving new business across the Indian market. You will work closely with the Sales teams to identify the right accounts, generate interest, and convert early signals into qualified sales opportunities.

You will engage with decision-makers across multiple industries where Awign enables large-scale workforce deployment, last-mile execution, and on-ground operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outbound sales, cold calling, and building pipelines from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

1. Be the first point of contact for prospective customers across India
2. Research and build target account lists across multiple Indian industries
3. Identify decision-makers and influencers and map buying committees
4. Run outbound campaigns using email, LinkedIn, and cold calling
5. Make high-volume, high-quality cold calls to start sales conversations
6. Qualify inbound and outbound leads through structured discovery calls
7. Book meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to Regional Sales Managers with clear context
8. Clearly communicate Awign's value proposition based on industry-specific use cases
9. Track outreach performance and improve scripts, sequences, and call pitches
10. Maintain clean CRM records and accurate pipeline data in Zoho CRM
11. Work closely with Marketing and Sales to run account-based and vertical-focused campaigns

Ideal Candidate Profile

1. 3+ years of experience in SDR, Inside Sales, Tele-sales, or Business Development roles
2. Hands-on experience selling into the Indian B2B market
3. Strong comfort with cold calling and outbound prospecting
4. Prior experience in B2B SaaS, staffing, workforce management, or services-led sales is a plus
5. Ability to handle objections and maintain high energy across daily outreach

Strong Data Scientist/Machine Learnings/ AI Engineer Profile

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer building ML models

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have strong expertise in Python with the ability to implement classical ML algorithms including linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, gradient boosting, etc.

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have hands-on experience in minimum 2+ usecaseds out of recommendation systems, image data, fraud/risk detection, price modelling, propensity models

Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have strong exposure to NLP, including text generation or text classification (Text G), embeddings, similarity models, user profiling, and feature extraction from unstructured text

Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have experience productionizing ML models through APIs/CI/CD/Docker and working on AWS or GCP environments

Mandatory (Company) – Must be from product companies, Avoid candidates from financial domains (e.g., JPMorgan, banks, fintech)

Job Summary:

Supports technical development for Oracle Finance including automation, BI, and Smart View integrations.

Job Description:

1. Develop and maintain FBDI templates for financial data loads (journals, suppliers, payments).
2. Support and troubleshoot IDR setup and invoice workflow automation.
3. Design OTBI and BI Publisher reports for financial compliance and audit.
4. Assist in PBCS integrations and Smart View validations.
5. Work on quarterly patch testing and system regression validations.

Experience Required: Hands-on experience in at least 1–2 Oracle Finance Cloud implementations and support environments.

Mandatory Requirements:

1–2 Oracle Finance Cloud implementations, ADFdi, PBCS automation scripts - All Oracle Finance Modules, Data Migration Experience.

Good to Have Skills:

Oracle Technical Finance Certification, 1–2 full-cycle Oracle Fusion Finance implementations with Complex Data Migration and ongoing support projects are Mandatory.

✔️ 8+ years of overall software development experience

✔️ 5+ years of relevant experience in Azure Integration using Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and .NET C#

✔️ Work closely with the Integration Architect. Understand and review requirement with Integration Architect for Biztalk/Foresight/Azure interface integrations.

✔️ Implement (Code in Azure Logic Apps, C#, Azure functions), modify integrations interface as per the interface specification.

✔️ Perform and document unit testing for implemented interfaces.

✔️ Assess and manage risk with leads and discuss possible recommendations.
