Position Summary : Accountant

Note: This role is open only to candidates with corporate experience and strong knowledge of US GAAP.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to expand their responsibilities by demonstrating consistent and reliable performance. The role will initially perform the duties outlined below and with time will be expanded to deliver insight, lead projects, and drive change required by a rapidly growing Company.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the general ledger in accordance with US GAAP by accurately and timely processing transactions through the system and by preparing and posting manual journal entries in QuickBooks.
• Daily management of the Accounting inbox.
• Code Vendor invoices and schedule payments with BILL, an intelligent accounts payable platform.
• Review payroll reports from the payroll provider, Justworks, and prepare journal entries.
• Process and record bank transactions.
• Customer invoicing and payments application.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations such as cash, prepaid, accruals, capital assets, deferred revenue and more.
• Understand and project cash timing differences between the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
• Review and prepare excel files analyzing general ledger data, payroll, revenue and other data.
• Respond to questions from employees, vendors, and customers.
• Support the annual tax preparation and GAAP audit processes.
• Assist with reporting, budgeting, forecasting and ad-hoc financial analysis.
• Assist in preparing monthly & quarterly financials, analyzing trends, and explaining variances as documented in the management reporting package. This includes a specific focus on drivers of trends and variances to budget.

Qualifications

• B. Com or a similar qualification with 2-3 years’ experience. Public accounting experience a plus. CPA or CA highly preferred.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of and experience applying US GAAP(mandate), generally accepted accounting principles.
• Experience in QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, ZOHO or similar systems experience preferred.

Mechanical Engineer – Job Description

A Mechanical Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining mechanical systems, machines, and components. The role includes creating technical drawings and 3D models using CAD software, performing calculations and simulations, and selecting appropriate materials and manufacturing processes.

Mechanical Engineers collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure designs are functional, safe, and cost-effective. They oversee prototype development, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and support installation and commissioning activities. Compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and continuous improvement initiatives are key responsibilities.

Key Skills: CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA), problem-solving, analytical skills, technical documentation.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Electrical Engineer – Job Description

An Electrical Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, installing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment. The role involves preparing electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, control panel layouts, and ensuring systems comply with safety and regulatory standards.

Electrical Engineers work with automation, instrumentation, and maintenance teams to troubleshoot electrical faults, improve system efficiency, and support commissioning activities. They also handle load calculations, cable sizing, equipment selection, and preventive maintenance planning.

Key Skills: Electrical schematics, PLC basics, troubleshooting, safety compliance.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

Strong Post Sales - Associate Customer Success / Operations Profile

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 6+ Months of experience (freshers with strong internship exposure also eligible) in Operations / Customer Success / Implementation / Supply Chain coordination roles, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech-enabled operations environment.

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have hands-on exposure to executing and monitoring operational processes, ensuring smooth day-to-day business functioning, and driving efficiency improvements.

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have experience in coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders (Operations, Tech, Product, Clients) and ensuring timely follow-ups on deliverables, turnaround times, and process adherence.

Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have exposure to defining, tracking, and monitoring KPIs / performance metrics for operational processes or client projects, with accountability for meeting SLAs and improving service standards.

Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have worked closely with technical teams to support software/platform implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, or client onboarding activities.

Mandatory (Skill) – Must be comfortable acting as a SPOC for enterprise clients, managing customer worklists, addressing queries, ensuring request implementation, and maintaining strong client relationships. Open to travelling to client locations for implementation/training if required.

Mandatory (Education) : If Fresher, Must have completed MBA in Operations / Supply Chain / Logistics .

3. The Experience That Sets You Apart: 

● 3+ years of hands-on experience building responsive web apps using React 

● Deep understanding of React hooks, component architecture, and state management .

●Experience with Shopify Liquid, themes, and Shopify APIs.

● Experience in building responsive websites and applications that work across various devices and screen sizes 

● Strong skills in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 

● Proven ability to own features end-to-end — from design handoff to production 

● Experience integrating with REST APIs and optimizing performance 

● Familiar with Git, code reviews, and CI/CD workflows 

● Exposure to testing frameworks like Jest or React Testing Library 

● Comfortable mentoring juniors and collaborating in cross-functional teams 

4. Your Subject Matter Expertise: 

● SaaS experience of 2 years with total development experience of 3 years 

● Must have worked in a smaller company of less than 100 

● Should have built solutions/softwares end to end and not just as a part of bigger team 

● Should see themselves going deeper into the same role even 5 years down the line 

● Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and ES6+ features. 

● Solid understanding of Redux, React Hooks, and component lifecycle. 

● Experience in developing responsive designs using HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS). 

● Familiarity with frontend build tools and module bundlers such as Webpack, Babel, and npm/yarn. 

● Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with version control systems like Git. 

● Understanding of performance optimization techniques, including lazy loading, code splitting, and caching.Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and Next.js. 

● Knowledge of mobile-first and progressive web app (PWA) development. 

● Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Sketch for collaboration.

Responsibilities:

1.     Sales Generation:

·       Identify and prospect potential clients to generate new business opportunities.

4.     Sales Administration:

·       Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to streamline processes and improve sales effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills:

·       Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

·       Proven track record of 1-3 years in sales or business development roles for an associate and 4-6 years in sales and business development roles for a senior associate, preferably in a B2B environment.

·       Relevant experience like training Industry, HR consultancy, etc

·       Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to close deals.

·       Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

·       Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
