Pentabay Softwares is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with strong client handling experience to plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be confident in client communication, performance tracking, and campaign optimization.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end digital marketing activities for assigned clients

Act as a single point of contact for clients and manage day-to-day communication

Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across:

Google Ads

Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

SEO & Content Marketing

Email & WhatsApp Marketing

Understand client requirements and convert them into effective marketing strategies

Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports to clients

Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Content, Development) to ensure timely delivery

Monitor KPIs such as leads, conversions, CTR, ROI, and engagement

Suggest improvements and upsell additional services when required

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:

1–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing

Mandatory Client Handling / Client Communication experience

Strong knowledge of:

Google Ads & Meta Ads

SEO basics (On-page & Off-page)

Social Media Marketing

Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console)

Good understanding of lead generation and performance marketing

Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines

Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting

🌟 Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

Experience in IT services / Software / Agency background

Knowledge of tools like:

SEMrush / Ahrefs

Canva / Ad Creatives coordination

CRM tools

Basic understanding of website CMS (WordPress)
