Job Description:

We are looking for a BDM with experience in generating sales and developing new business for our company. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is excited by the prospect of growing with the company in a friendly environment and having a key role in the process.

Responsibilities:

1. Developing, generating, and growing new business- branding, website, marketing, and creating innovative business plans for clients.

2. Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities. Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.

3. Selling Web and Digital marketing services/solutions including SEO, Google, PPC, social media marketing, B2B marketing, Branding, website development, and other services.

4. Create effective and persuasive proposals.

5. Excellent presentation, pitches, proposal, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

6. Maintain an active schedule of prospecting calls.

7. Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Service Desk & Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration, ITSM modules, and Service Desk operations. This role involves configuring, managing, and supporting the ServiceNow platform while ensuring efficient IT service delivery.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✔ Administer, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, and Asset Management.

✔ Provide L2/L3 support for ServiceNow platform issues and ensure timely incident resolution.

✔ Configure business rules, client scripts, UI policies, workflows, notifications, and forms.

✔ Manage user roles, groups, ACLs, and security rules.

✔ Support Service Desk operations, including ticket triage, prioritization, and escalation.

✔ Perform platform upgrades, patches, and testing activities.

✔ Maintain technical documentation and user guides.

✔ Ensure ITIL best practices are followed across ServiceNow processes.

🔹 Required Qualifications

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field.

✔ 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration and Service Desk support.

✔ Strong experience with ITSM modules – Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB.

✔ Hands-on experience with JavaScript and Glide API scripting.

✔ Knowledge of ITIL framework and service management best practices.

She/He will be responsible for executing the entire mobile app development lifecycle. • Developing and communicating shipment schedules.
• Liaising with vendors and carrier services to coordinate logistics and timelines.
• Assisting customers and resolving shipment issues and complaints.
• Preparing and maintaining shipment paperwork, records, and digital databases.
• Collect shipping data from various websites/documents and enter in the database system.
• Create spreadsheets with extracted data without mistakes.
• Verify / Analyze data by comparing it to source documents, update existing data

Docsumo is Document AI software that helps enterprises capture data and analyze customer documents. We convert documents such as invoices, ID cards, and bank statements into actionable data. Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for overseeing the development of Docsumo React webapp. You will be working closely with the founders and lead the frontend development.
• Serve as a thought leader and mentor on technical, architectural, design and related issues.
• You will responsible to provide oversight, accountability, and leadership for technical decisions
• You will be designing and building modules in React within the Docsumo webapp. The webapp is the main way for customers to consume Docsumo APIs.
• Own and Implement the features using the technology stack that we have in place while bringing in flavours of latest but proven trends and methods
• Contribute to Product and Design ideas and Implement them as your own product. We value everyone’s inputs.
• Work with our hiring team to hire amazing engineers who will expand the Docsumo culture and product.

Skills:

• At least 6 years years experience building React webapps
• Demonstrated ability to build webapps from scratch using React. Demonstrated ability of managing frontend engineers
• Proven skills in developing a production level end to end UI application on their own
• Excellent command over HTML5, CSS, Javascript & React, Redux
• Familiarity with Version Control tools such as Git
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of SQL / NoSQL databases with hands-on experience in at least one database system
• Must be self-motivated, flexible, collaborative, with an eagerness to learn
• Comfortable working in an Agile work environment with an incredibly fast pace and a large degree of independence.

Mandatory Skills required:

1. Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements for QlikView

2. Perform detailed analysis of source systems and source system data and model that data in

Qlikview

3. Design, develop, and test QlikView scripts to import data from source systems, data feeds, flat files

to create Qlik marts

4. Proficiency with QlikView Scripting, use of complex QlikView functions,

advanced QlikView Expressions, experience with complex data models and optimization of data

model for query performance to create Qlik Marts

5. Architecture optimization ( includes hardware sizing , security setup , performance tuning )
