Job Summary:

About the Role:

We are growing our Data Science and Data Engineering team and are looking for an

experienced AI Engineer specializing in creating GenAI LLM solutions. This position involves collaborating with clients and their teams, discovering gaps for automation using AI, designing customized AI solutions, and implementing technologies to streamline data entry processes within the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities:

·        Conduct detailed consultations with clients functional teams to understand client requirements, one use case is related to handwritten medical records.

·        Analyze existing data entry workflows and propose automation opportunities.

Design:

·        Design tailored AI-driven solutions for the extraction and digitization of information from handwritten medical records.

·        Collaborate with clients to define project scopes and objectives.

Technology Selection:

·        Evaluate and recommend AI technologies, focusing on NLP, LLM and machine learning.

·        Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and workflows.

Prototyping and Testing:

·        Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept models to demonstrate the feasibility of proposed solutions.

·        Conduct rigorous testing to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Implementation and Integration:

·        Work closely with clients and IT teams to integrate AI solutions effectively.

·        Provide technical support during the implementation phase.

Training and Documentation:

·        Develop training materials for end-users and support staff.

·        Create comprehensive documentation for implemented solutions.

Continuous Improvement:

·        Monitor and optimize the performance of deployed solutions.

·        Identify opportunities for further automation and improvement.

Qualifications:

·        Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field (Masters or PhD required).

·        Proven experience in developing and implementing AI solutions for data entry automation.

·        Expertise in NLP, LLM and other machine-learning techniques.

·        Strong programming skills, especially in Python.

·        Familiarity with healthcare data privacy and regulatory requirements.

Additional Qualifications( great to have):

An ideal candidate will have expertise in the most current LLM/NLP models, particularly in the extraction of data from clinical reports, lab reports, and radiology reports. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of EMR/EHR applications and patient-related data.

Job Description:

Candidate must have 2 to 5-years of experience in various phase of development of a python-based application or API development.

Requirements:

Must Have:  Strong expertise in PYTHON and its built-in data structures, developing API using flask or fastapi, data wrangling using standard python frameworks like pandas, NumPy etc., integration of various applications (third party or inhouse) with python.

Good to Have: Deployment using Nginx, GUnicorn, IIS, docker and Kubernetes etc. Good understanding of optimization solutions like differential evolution. Hands on experience with python packages like Scipy.  Tkinter to make python-based applications.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understanding/gathering the requirements from stakeholder, formulating the problem, and leveraging AI/ML to solve the business problems.
• Integration of third party or in house application with python solution.
• Working on Deployment and optimization of various engineering problems using Numerical/Constraint optimization frameworks such as Differential Evolution and deploy a web-based API using Flask and Nginx/IIS.
• Unit testing of various python modules developed and testing of the API.

• Developing and maintaining all server-side network components.
• Ensuring optimal performance of the central database and responsiveness to front-end requests.
• Collaborating with front-end developers on the integration of elements.
• Designing customer-facing UI and back-end services for various business processes.
• Developing high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code.
• Implementing effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions.
• Running diagnostic tests, repairing defects, and providing technical support.
• Documenting Node.js processes, including database schemas, as well as preparing reports.
• Recommending and implementing improvements to processes and technologies.
• Keeping informed of advancements in the field of Node.js development.

Desired candidates must have 2-7 years experience as NodeJs Developer. If the candidate is not able to relocate to Gurgaon then we can also provide permanent Work from home for this position.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Responsible for understanding functional and business requirements and translate them into effective code
• Provide support till deployment of code into production.
• Ownership for ensuring code optimization, problem diagnosis, and on-time delivery
• Implement solutions as per the pre-defined framework /guidelines and adherence to processes
• Finding an optimal solution for the problem statement
• Conduct peer code review.

What candidate should know about:

• Excellent hands-on experience with Node.Js, Express.Js, JavaScript
• Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
• Excellent hands-on experience with MongoDB, Mongo aggregation, MySQL
• Ability to build REST services, Authentications, MVC applications
• Excellent Object Oriented Programming skills and ability to write modular, secure, scalable, and maintainable code
• Experience with Elastic Search, Redis.
• Knowledge about AWS components (S3, EC2, Cloudfront, Redis Clusters, etc.)
• Self-learning abilities are required
• Familiarity with upcoming new technologies is a strong plus
