Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Design to lead the design function and deliver
visually compelling materials that enhance our brand and learning experiences. The ideal
candidate will have strong expertise in presentation design, marketing collateral, and participant
toolkits, ensuring consistency and quality across all design outputs.
Key Responsibilities:
• PowerPoint Presentation Design:
o Create visually appealing and professional presentations for internal and external
stakeholders.
o Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and storytelling principles.
• Participant Toolkit Design:
o Design engaging and user-friendly toolkits for training programs and workshops.
o Collaborate with facilitators and content teams to ensure clarity and aesthetics.
• Brochure & Marketing Collateral Design:
o Develop brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials that effectively
communicate our offerings.
o Maintain brand consistency across all collateral.
• Brand & Visual Identity Management:
o Uphold and evolve the organization’s visual identity across all platforms.
o Ensure design standards are followed in all deliverables.
• Collaboration & Project Management:
o Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, L&D, Sales) to understand
design requirements.
o Manage timelines and deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in graphic design and presentation design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,
InDesign) and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in Learning & Development or corporate training design.
• Knowledge of digital design trends and best practices.
