About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Paid Ads Expert with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimising paid campaigns across Google and social media platforms. Key Responsibilities:

Strong knowledge of campaign structures, bidding strategies and optimisation techniques.
Experience with platforms like Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics.
Understanding of conversion tracking, GA4, Tag Manager and attribution models.
Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Strong communication and reporting skills.

About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) / Geo Consultant with a deep understanding of Semantic SEO, entity-based optimization, and LLM-oriented content structuring. If you’re someone who understands how search engines and modern AI models interpret, associate, and recommend brands—especially in sensitive YMYL spaces—this role is for you.
You will play a key role in strengthening QuitSure’s authority as a global leader in smoking cessation, ensuring that both search engines and large language models recognize, retrieve, and recommend our content accurately and consistently.
What You Will Do
1. Entity Management & Knowledge Graph Optimization
- Strengthen the association between QuitSure and Smoking Cessation Authority across Google’s Knowledge Graph and other semantic databases.
- Build, refine, and optimize entity relationships to improve brand visibility and trust signals across AI and search ecosystems.
2. Content Re-Architecture for LLM Citability
- Conduct deep audits of existing websites and knowledge content.
- Restructure and rewrite pillars/clusters to maximize “citability” for LLMs, optimizing for RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
- Ensure content is authoritative, structured, and contextually rich for AI retrieval.
3. Co-Occurrence & Entity Co-Mention Strategy
- Develop strategies to increase brand co-occurrence with top-tier medical, scientific, and clinical entities across the web.
- Identify opportunities for authoritative contextual mentions in trusted sources, databases, and semantic environments.
4. Measurement & Reporting
- Build frameworks and dashboards to measure.
- AI-driven brand mentions
- AI recommendation frequency
- Sentiment associated with QuitSure in LLM-generated responses
- Use these insights to guide ongoing optimization and authority-building.
Requirements
Must-Have Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a clear transition from keyword-based SEO to Semantic SEO, Entity Optimization, and Answer Engine Optimization.
- Demonstrated expertise in building and optimizing entities using Schema.org, structured data layers, and linked data—not just basic schema markup.
- Strong understanding of how LLMs process, retrieve, and synthesize information, including embeddings, RAG systems, semantic clustering, and context windows.
- Experience working in YMYL (Your Money, Your Life) categories, especially Health & Wellness.
- Understanding of how to build credibility, safety, and authority in YMYL content without triggering AI safety warnings or refusals.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with tools like InLinks, WordLift, Kalicube, or other entity-based SEO platforms.
- Knowledge of E-E-A-T frameworks and medical content compliance.
- Familiarity with NLP techniques (co-occurrence analysis, topic clustering, entity salience scoring).

Cloud DevOps Architect
