Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Angular Developer to join our team in Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, optimize, and maintain Angular-based applications.
• Work closely with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs.
• Design and implement responsive UI components for web applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented TypeScript and JavaScript code.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize application performance.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to UI/UX performance.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• 2+ Years of experience in Angular (version 8+).
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS.
• Experience with RxJS, NgRx, or other state management libraries.
• Proficiency in consuming RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with backend services.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with Unit Testing (Jasmine, Karma) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and familiarity with tools like JIRA, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills :

• Familiarity with Progressive Web Apps (PWA).
• Experience in working with Material Design and third-party UI libraries.
• Exposure to Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Understanding of Micro Frontend architecture.

Job Title: Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Operations

About the Role:

We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support our Operations team. The SME will play a critical role in providing process expertise, guiding teams, and ensuring operational excellence in the service industry domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide deep process expertise and domain knowledge in operations.
• Support the team with issue resolution, escalations, and process clarifications.
• Train and mentor team members on process improvements and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, SLAs, and quality parameters.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders and Managers to optimize operational performance.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in the service industry / BPO / KPO.
• Strong process knowledge and ability to guide team members.
• Excellent communication in English & Punjabi.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills with focus on quality and compliance.
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts (morning, evening, night).

Desired Candidate Profile

What you need to have:

• CA Qualification with overall 3 to 5 years of experience post-qualification preferably in FMCG companies
• Solid understanding of physical products like inventory, warehouse, logistics
• Experience in funded startup preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Track record of delivering various features in large-scale applications or core systems with at least 5 years of experience. If you've written code in big data applications handling multitudes of data or real-time events, you're in.
• Experience writing multi-component systems or micro-services, with architectures requiring efficient inter-application communication. If you know what Kafka is, and think it's the bee's knees, we will think the same of you.
• Experience writing in a high-level language such as Go, C, Rust, Python, Ruby, etc.. If you're already writing Go, or spent a weekend debugging the worse memory leak ever, that's a big plus.
• Experience writing APIs (either RESTful or not) and RPCs. If you've broken backwards compatibility for your customers once, and dealt with the fallout, we want you (to deal with the fallout again).
• Experience with RDBMS systems (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQLite) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra, Couchbase). If you've written queries with more than two joins, or have a strong opinion of why an integer is better as a primary key (or maybe a UUID), we'd like to hear from you.
• Experience with container platforms and orchestrators such as Docker, Kubernetes and OpenShift is a plus. If you can name one way in which a container is different than a regular process, you're golden.
• Are you a free software/open source nerd? Do you maintain open source projects? Are you a Hacker News reader? Do you remember the days when you had to compile your own Linux kernel? Do you believe it should be called GNU/Linux? Have you ever been in a fight with an Emacs user? Are you an Emacs user? Well, we have the job for you!

• Must have knowledge of Website testing and API testing
• Must have knowledge of Linux and SQL
• Should have hands on automation experience with Selenium and developed multiple frameworks
• Should have worked on Robot Framework and can develop automation framework from scratch
• Must have worked on cloud providers such as BrowserStack, SauceLabs, PCloudy, etc.
• Must have worked on running tests parallely on multiple browser instance
• Should knowledge of at least one interpreted programming language like Python OR Java
• Should have worked on CI/CD tool such as Jenkins, CircleCI, TravisCI, TeamCity
