Job Description For Packaging Executive:

- Managing and executing packaging operations for our gifting products.

- Ensuring timely and efficient packaging of products to meet customer deadlines.

- Coordinating with the design team to develop and implement new packaging designs.

- Maintaining high-quality packaging standards and ensuring attention to detail.

- Liaising with suppliers to source packaging materials and managing inventory.

- Collaborating with the sales team to understand customer requirements and preferences.

- Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Required Candidate Profile:

- 1-2 years of experience in packaging, gifting, or a related industry.

- Proven track record of attention to detail and quality control.

- Preferred Language: English.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Salary Package: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month.

About the Role

We're looking for a top 0.1% product manager to join our founder's office as an all-rounder. The best candidate will be adept at product management, business strategy, GTM, and operations.

You'll wear many hats. Your responsibilities will fall into 3 categories:

Product Management

• Identify the next best features to build based on calculated prioritization.
• Scope out features and create detailed specs for the engineering team.
• If you have UI/UX design experience and can design these features yourself too, that's a plus. Please outline that in your application.

Business Strategy & GTM

• Write strategy papers with the CEO and communicate that with our cross functional team.
• Spearhead our growth hacking strategy.
• Prepare sales decks and materials that outline ROI for enterprise clients.
• Prepare marketing materials including collateral for new feature launches.

Operations

• Get things done no matter what. If you don't know how to do something, you figure it out.
• Optimize our workflows and processes.
• Evaluate performance of team members and help them achieve their best performance.

Requirements

• Graduated from top university (ex: IIT).
• 2+ years of industry experience after graduation.
• Prior experience in founder's office is a plus.
• Background in engineering is a plus.
• Understanding of healthcare or AI startup landscape is a plus.
• UI/UX design skills is a plus.
• Prior product management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Transform product requirements, market research, user insights, and design ideas into easy and intuitive user flows.
• Create wireframes concepts in a collaborative way
• Optimize and/or revamp existing user interfaces
• Design UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how the product will function and look.
• Work collaboratively with product and marketing teams to finalize designs.
• Work with developers to communicate specs and ensure correct implementation.
• Creating artworks and creatives for social media, website banners, branding materials etc.
• Developing concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and internet website

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ year of experience required
• A good online Portfolio is must
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (Figma)
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Good time-management skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the marketing team to build high conversion landing pages. Maintain and improve our marketing codebase
• Contribute ideas and efforts to improve the quality and efficiency of the marketing workflows
• Write code using agile methods and tools. Plan, create, and execute (manual and automated) frontend tests.
• Staying up to date with current technologies and providing insights on cutting-edge software approaches, architectures, and vendors

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Front-end development.
• Fluency in HTML, CSS, JS, jQuery, Bootstrap
• Good knowledge of Node.js and Rest APIs
• Experience in page speed optimization 
• Experience in writing responsive and cross-browser compatible frontend code
• Good understanding of the modern frontend ecosystem.
• Strong problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn and ability to flourish in a dynamic, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
• You are a self-starter, capable of working independently.

Good to have:

• Experience in WordPress theme development
• Understanding of basic technical SEO principles
• Knowledge of a frontend framework like Angular

We are looking for a experienced engineer with superb technical skills. You will primarily be responsible for architecting and building large scale systems that delivers AI and Analytical solutions to our customers. The right candidate will enthusiastically take ownership in developing and managing a continuously improving, robust, scalable software solutions. The successful candidate will be curious, creative, ambitious, self motivated, flexible, and have a bias towards taking action. As part of the early engineering team, you will have a chance to make a measurable impact as well as having a significant amount of responsibility.

Although your primary responsibilities will be around back-end work, we prize individuals who are willing to step in and contribute to other areas including automation, tooling, and management applications. Experience with or desire to learn Machine Learning a plus.

• 8+ years of experience with one of the top frontend frameworks - React (preferred) and with App development (recommended)
• Demonstrated experience in managing  successful engineering teams across both web and app development
• Solid understanding of modern CSS methodologies like SCSS, SASS
• Exposure to latest developments in UI development like PWA, Single Page Apps, Hybrid Apps, Responsive web design etc
• Deep understanding of Javascript topics including the V8 Engine, Async, Memory
• Management, Duplex Communication.
• Understanding of app development practices
• Prior startup experience is a plus
