Responsibilities

• Minimum 3 years of experience in mobile phone, handheld devices and sales and IT distribution, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role
• Strong understanding of the Karnal / kurukshetra and the local retail and distribution landscape
• In-depth knowledge of mobile phones, IT distribution, and related technology products.
• Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to make data-driven decisions.
• Must be willing to travel extensively.

• Search for, recognize, and act upon sales opportunities that contribute to Net Margin development and improvement according to the business strategy.
• Manage first line response on technical inquiries from customers
• Manage pricing to maximize margins while retaining wanted business
• Anticipate commercial issues e.g. market news, competitive activity that impacts a delivery of the agreed plan, and recommend actions to enhance Company’s market position.
• Maintain a close liaison with the Technical specialist to be fully aware of any ongoing technical issues which may affect the commercial situation.
• Prepare reports on all visits to customers and present monthly reports to management, detailing selling efforts, customer relationships, competitive activity and strategies, customer service issues, etc. Any other duties, congruent with the accountabilities of this role

Tasks:

·      You will take part in the design of the architecture and the development of modern software-based applications in the back-end (Node.JS, TypeScript, Nest.JS)

·      You support the technological conception, programming and implementation of new features

Requirements:

·      Bachelor or Master student in an IT-related field of study

About The Role

CapitalNow.in the technical team is seeking a hands-on UI Developer with a noted experience on Angular and has experience on UX/UI Designing. The technical team is responsible for developing the supported mobile application and web app for customers and a control panel for the marketing team involved in CapitalNow.in.

Responsibilities

• Implement templates, design graphic user interface elements like menus tab widgets.
• Gathers and evaluates user requirements in collaboration with Product Managers.
• Involve in product meetings, understand the requirement and propose the UX.
