Role Overview
We’re hiring a results-driven Sales Account Executive (AE) to execute sales strategies, close deals, and
drive revenue growth in India and the US. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of exceeding
quotas, building pipelines, and delivering measurable outcomes. This role requires hands-on
execution, collaboration across teams, and a focus on achieving targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Execute Sales Plans: Develop and implement actionable strategies to meet and exceed
revenue goals.
● Build and Manage Pipeline: Prospect, qualify, and close deals, ensuring consistent pipeline
growth
● Close Deals: Lead negotiations, deliver compelling presentations, and achieve sales quotas.
● GTM strategies: Execute GTM strategies in India and US working with potential customers.
● Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to align strategies
and improve execution.
● Build Customer Relationships: Establish trust with decision-makers, drive retention, and
identify upsell opportunities.
● Track Performance: Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and optimize strategies for better results.
● Mentor the Team: Coach SDRs and junior AEs to improve performance and achieve targets.
Desired Skills and Experience:
● 7+ years of sales experience, with a track record of exceeding quotas.
● 3+ years of experience (recent) in B2B SaaS products.
● Proven expertise in selling tech tools, integrations, and workflow automation solutions to
enterprise customers.

Level of skills and experience:
5 years of hands-on experience in using Python, Spark,Sql.
Experienced in AWS Cloud usage and management.
Experience with Databricks (Lakehouse, ML, Unity Catalog, MLflow).
Experience using various ML models and frameworks such as XGBoost, Lightgbm, Torch.
Experience with orchestrators such as Airflow and Kubeflow.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Fundamental understanding of Parquet, Delta Lake and other data file formats.
Proficiency on an IaC tool such as Terraform, CDK or CloudFormation.
Strong written and verbal English communication skill and proficient in communication with non-technical stakeholderst



- Proficient in creating Web (Responsive) applications using Angular 8+, AngularJS, JavaScript, JQuery.
- Experience developing/consuming RESTAPIs
- Knowledge of multiple back-end languages Like Java, Python and JavaScript frameworks(e.g. Node.js)
- Familiarity with databases (e.g.MSSQL, MySQL), and UI/UX design
- Hands-on experience with code versioning systems like Git, SVN.


Proficient with full development stack (MySQL, Redis, Memcached, MVC frameworks, jQuery, Server Administration, CSS, HTML, etc) and understanding of OOP design, AJAX, jQuery, and MySQL
Understands how to build an optimized web app and has experience with caching and other scaling techniques
