Job Description:

• Online Applications for FASSAI License, PAN & TAN, Import Export Code, Shop Establishment license, MSME Registration, professional tax Registration, Startup Registration.
• Preparation and drafting of various resolutions, minutes, explanatory statements, notice, agenda and supplementary papers for consideration of board.
• Increasing the Authorized Share Capital of the company, making alterations of Memorandum & Articles of companies, Increasing Paid up Share Capital of company by making Right Issue, Private Placement, Bonus issue.
• Appointment and Resignation of Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Auditors.
• Registration, Modification & Satisfaction of Charges and their filing with the Registrar of companies.

Required Skills:

* 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform.

* Expertise in Model-driven apps, Business process flows, Cloud flows, Canvas Apps, Power Automate.

* Expertise in User permissions configuration.

* Bachelors in computer science or related field.

* IT experience with n-tier, database, and client-server design/development.

* Architecting and designing business applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI.

* Expertise on various integration technologies like REST, Service Bus, HTTP, SOAP.

* Ability to execute the development of Re-usable Assets, Code Reviews, and IT Governance for Power Practice.

Desired Skills:

* Well-versed with SDLC, Agile, CD&CI methodologies.

* Knowledge and expertise on Plugins.

* Hands-on Java experience is an asset.

* Provide thought-leadership to clients across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements.

* Accountable for ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer technical and functional requirements and commits to Customer Success (realization of business benefit).

* Well experienced with design application and infrastructure using various Application Servers, Databases, Security Managers, etc.

* Knowledge and expertise on recent trends like Cloud, AI/ML, Microservices, etc.

What will you do?

• Develop IP-based communication platforms like video conferencing, IM, etc., new user-facing features, and enhance our main front-end platforms.
• Develop specifications and designs for complex applications or modify/maintain complex existing applications.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, and Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Write clean, high-performance, maintainable code and generate automated unit, regression and integration tests.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams including mobile developers to deliver a great product experience for Houm consumers.

Skill Sets

• 5 to 6 years of hands-on industry experience in core front-end web development using Angular 9. x.
• 4 to 5 years of hands-on industry experience in real-time web application development using Socket.IO
• Strong knowledge of bi-directional communication between web clients and servers, design principles, multithreading, design patterns, and best practices behind a scalable application and ability to implement automated testing platforms and unit tests.
• Experience with one or more of the following domains: real-time collaboration application development, real-time multimedia communication application development, SIP application development, or Instant messaging (IM) application development.
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, prototype inheritance, composition, partial page updates, and application rendering behaviour and performance.
• Proficient understanding of cross-platform compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues, code versioning tools such as Github.
• Experience with distributed memory caching systems, and web-socket communications such as Redis or Memcached.
• Working experience in cloud environments, and any NoSQL databases like Redis, DynamoDB, Cassandra etc.

• Ability to build pixel-perfect user interfaces with smooth interactions
• Knowledge of Web technologies and concepts -HTML, CSS, REST APIs, Caching, etc.
• Experience in Vue.JS and Angular.JS is a plus.
• Experience using web build tools, such as Webpack, Babel, NPM, Yarn, etc.
• Solid understanding of how web applications work including OWASP, XSRF,
Security, Session management and best development practices.
• Experience in Cloud-based technologies such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience with handling Services, RESTful APIs and developing for high-volume
