Job Description

We seek a highly skilled Fullstack Mobile Developer who is passionate about crafting exceptional mobile experiences and robust backend systems. Key Responsibilities

Mobile Development

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable mobile applications using React Native.
• Implement responsive UI/UX designs that deliver seamless user experiences across devices.
• Leverage modern development techniques and tools to ensure robust and maintainable codebases.

Backend Engineering

• Build and maintain scalable backend systems using Python or Node.js and cloud technologies like AWS.
• Design and manage relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases to support application functionality.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrations to power mobile applications and services.

Programming Best Practices

• Use programming best practices, including code reviews, automated testing, and documentation.

Collaboration and Communication

• Work with other engineers to deliver on client expectations and project goals.

Continuous Learning and Mentorship

• Demonstrate a commitment to learning new tools, techniques, and technologies to stay at the forefront of mobile and backend development.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 5-8 years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer.
• Proven expertise in building and scaling mobile applications and backend systems in a services environment.
• Strong proficiency in Python or Node.js, AWS, and database technologies (SQL or NoSQL).
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including clean code principles and test-driven development.
• Familiarity with AI copilots and a willingness to incorporate AI-driven tools into workflows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and influence teammates.
• Demonstrated growth mindset, passion for learning, and a commitment to excellence.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software development into MERN (React & Node.js ) technology.
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or IT.
• Must have Hands-On coding expertise of React.js, Reactstrap, NodeJS, MongoDB and ExpressJS.
• Configuring and managing deployment on AWS (EC2 IAM, S3).
• Knowledge of developing REST API using Express framework and front end integration with PUG engine.
• Experience with popular JS libraries like Ember, Babel, Typescript, Webpack, Socket etc.
• Exposure to scm tools like git, Git Hub, CI/CD methods, code coverage tools like SonarQube, etc.
• Good understanding of the object-oriented design and programming concepts, core JavaScript concepts like scope/closures, the event loop and asynchronous callbacks, promises, API formation, POSTMAN API etc.

1. Strong proficiency with .Net Core API development

3. Hands on with SQL Server and its variation among popular databases
4. Well versed with stored procedures, query plans, altering the indexes, and troubleshooting the performance holdups

Responsibilities:

• Make changes in the existing code base of talent marketplace and implement new features.
• Collaborate with stakeholders that are involved in product design (marketing specialist and product manager).
• Report the progress to other stakeholders.
• Do bug fixes and push the source codes to the live server.
• Be responsive to change requests and feature requests
• Create Unit and Integration tests to ensure the quality of code

Requirements:

• Experience in Node js , MongoDB and Angular.
• Experience in JavaScript development.
• Understanding in MEAN or MERN Stack.
• Experience in the use of project planning tools (JIRA, Version One, GitHub, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
