Responsibilities:

• Develop user-facing features such as web apps and landing portals.
• Ensure the feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement them technically.
• Create reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
• Contribute to the entire implementation process, including defining improvements based on business needs and architectural enhancements.
• Promote coding, testing, and deployment of best practices through research and demonstration.
• Review frameworks and design principles for suitability in the project context.
• Demonstrate the ability to identify opportunities, lay out rational plans, and see them through to completion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 5-8 years of software product development experience.
• Proficiency in React, Django, Pandas, GitHub, AWS, and JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and designing REST APIs.
• Experience with scalable interactive web applications.
• Understanding of software design constructs and implementation.
• Familiarity with ORM libraries and Test-Driven Development.
• Exposure to the Finance domain is preferred.
• Knowledge of HTML5, LESS/CSS3, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
• Expertise in JavaScript fundamentals and front-end/back-end technologies.

Nice to Have:

• Strong knowledge of website security and common vulnerabilities.
• Exposure to financial capital markets and instruments.

        8+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise software development using J2EE Framework. 

        Experience with React.js, AngularJS, strong knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML5

        Passion for building enterprise web applications leveraging modern architecture principles, strong prior experience as a full stack developer. 

        Expertise with CSS and building responsive pages, with a keen eye for UI design and usability

        Experience with web-accessibility/WCAG standards

        Experience working collaboratively with a globally distributed team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Be a part of a team developing a rapidly growing product used by thousands of small businesses.
• Responsible for building large scale applications that are high performance, scalable, and resilient in an microservices environment

Skill Set:

• 3+ years of working experience in developing API centric core Java/J2EE applications using Spring boot, JPA, REST API, XML and JSON
• Experience in frontend framework - any one of Backbone, Angular, Vue or React
• Working experience in any one of the Cloud Platforms - Google Cloud (preferable) or AWS
• Experience in large scale databases - NoSQL and MongoDB.
• Hands on experience in Eclipse based development and using Git, SVN, Junit
