Role Summary
We are seeking top-tier Lead Engineers who can design, build, and deliver large-scale distributed systems with high performance, reliability, and operational excellence. 1. End-to-End System Architecture
- Architect scalable, reliable, and secure systems from initial concept through production rollout.

2. Component & Communication Design

4. Data Architecture & Storage Strategy
- Architect data models and storage strategies for SQL and NoSQL databases, distributed caches, blob stores, and search indexes.
- Define sharding/partitioning, replication, consistency, indexing, backup/restore, and schema evolution strategies.
- Design real-time and batch data processing pipelines.
5. Operational Readiness
- Define observability (metrics, logs, traces) requirements.

- Experience with frameworks like ExpressJS, NestJS, Redux, Redux Saga, Storybook etc is preferred

- Experience writing test automation
- Working experience with databases like MongoDB, Redis and Relational databases
- Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming and/or Functional Programming concepts
- Experience with setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
