Fullstack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
• Build and optimize APIs for maximum speed and scalability.
• Implement responsive UI/UX components using React.js.
• Work closely with the product, design, and backend teams to create high-quality user experiences.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced Agile environment.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing and code reviews.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services when necessary.
• Monitor and improve front-end performance.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in JavaScript, including ES6+ syntax.
• Strong experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and experience in building them.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Understanding of cloud platforms and deployment processes (AWS, Docker, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
• Knowledge of TypeScript is a plus.
• Familiarity with modern build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha.

DevDarshan is a devotional platform launched by IIT graduates to promote the teachings of Indian culture and the Hindu way of life in India around the world. In the 21st century, where everything around is digitized then why not temples. That’s the idea behind DevDarshan.We’ve built a community of devotees from multiple Countries, through our Mobile Application that connects Temples and Devotees, have successfully raised seed investment and also started to generate revenue for the temples and Priests associated with us.Right now we are looking to grow our team and build new exciting features for devotees all around the world.

Requirements:

• Strong Design and User Experience. Have worked on building High Quality Web experiences and extremely focussed on coding for the best User Experience
• Experience in any frontend framework like ReactJS, VueJs
• Good understanding and experience of NoSQL and SQL Databases, which to be used when.
• Experience with CI/CD Systems like Jenkins, Github Actions.
• Some Experience with Realtime Databases/Systems or Socket based applications would be preferred.
• Some Experience with building Algorithms, Social Apps is preferred.
• Any experience with Handling Video Delivery like ffmpeg/HLS/WebRTC is preferred but not mandatory.

Roles/Responsibilities:

 Own a team of 15-20 Developers and QAs at various levels

 Provide continuous feedback, training and make sure team is working on their full

    potential at all time

 Review the architecture/design of a product/module/feature and provide feedback

 Architect, design and/or hands-on code the critical portion of a

   product/module/feature

 Mentor the tech-leads on architecting the product to deliver on-time

• Ability to translate Wireframes and PSD Designs into functional web apps using HTML5, AngularJS, React , Node.js, and Mongo

• Binding of UI elements to JavaScript object models

• Creating RESTful services with Node.js

• Architect scalable web architectures

• Work in a cross-functional team to deliver a complete user experience

• Create Unit and Integration tests to ensure the quality of code

• Be responsive to change requests and feature requests

• Write code that is cross-platform and cross-device compatible

• Ability to wear many hats and learn new technologies quickly

• The technologies you will be working with are C#, .NET Core 3.1, Entity Framework, Kubernetes, Angular 2+, Typescript/Javascript, SQL Server, XUnit Testing Framework, Azure DevOps (Git).
• Collaborate with the team to design, build, test, and ship high-quality API and solutions.
• Help evolve the technical roadmap as well as our core software development principles.
• Identify multiple innovative solutions to solve day-to-day development problems.
• Assist in mentoring and supporting the next-level team.
• Work in an Agile development environment to implement user stories as well as assist teammates with their tasks.

What You'll Need

• A degree in Computer Science or Engineering, experience in designing, developing, and maintaining software or an equivalent level of work experience, and a track record of substantial contributions to software projects with high business impact.
• Must have an understanding of SaaS software development practices.
• Must have experience working in a microservices environment utilizing Kubernetes and Docker.
• Must have experience working with GIT source control management.
• Cope with change and evolve with technology platforms as needed.
• You are a wizard with HTML/CSS.
• Experienced in developing C# applications utilizing .NET Core (or Framework 5)
• Experienced with creating Angular 2+ applications and/or React SPA applications.
• Experienced in working with SQL Server and writing complex T-SQL

• Should have expert level knowledge to Design, Develop and test Web Apps with Angular versions 6 and above.
• Primary Skills – Angular6+, HTML, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Node JS as backend will be advantage
• Knowledge of Mongo, MySql will be advantage
• Highly skilled at front-end engineering using Object-Oriented JavaScript, TypeScript, various JavaScript,TypeScript patterns and frameworks.
• Should have experience in publishing and consuming Services using REST API
• Excellent time-management, multi-tasking, and communication skills. Capable of handling multiple projects and related complexities at the same time.
