We’re a lean, fast-moving startup on a mission to build cool, scalable web solutions—and we’re looking for a Trainee PHP Developer who’s hungry to learn and ready to dive into real code from day one.

At our place, you won’t be stuck doing repetitive tasks or fetching coffee (unless you want to). You’ll be working side-by-side with experienced devs, building real products, making mistakes, fixing them, and growing fast.

What You'll Be Doing

• Learn the ropes of PHP development, including working with MySQL, APIs, and web services
• Build, test, and improve small features and internal tools
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product folks
• Experiment, ask questions, break things, and help fix them
• Get hands-on with code reviews, Git workflows, and modern dev tools
• Learn frameworks like Laravel or CodeIgniter (we’ll help!)

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with hands-on expertise in Core Java, Angular/ React and SQL.
• Good expertise in microservices.
• Good experience in cloud platform, AWS preferred.
• Experience with RESTful services and APIs.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Primary Skill

• UI (Vue JS or Angular JS)
• Server Side (Java or Python) & AWS serverless framework.
• Must have hands-on experience on serverless framework.
• Experience on AWS.
• Must have good experience on AWS (Overall knowledge, EC2 Volume, EC2 SecurityGroup, EC2 AMI, Lambda, S3, AWSbackup, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, CloudTrail, IAM, SecretsManager, StepFunction, CostExplorer, KMS, VPC/Subnet)
• Working experience on development/staging/production servers.
• Good testing and verification skills
• Knowledge on SSL certificates and encryption.

1. We are looking for candidates who have good programming skills. Strong on data structures, algorithms, understand time space complexity, able to come up with multiple solutions and then arrive at most optimized one keeping in mind customer requirements. Should also be well aware of OO concepts. If he / she has a strong background on these areas ( in any programming language), half the job is done. – 50% weightage
2. Next the candidate should have worked on JS  with good hands on experience in a few projects mainly in backend development like making api calls, handling exception, models, data transformations, controllers etc.  – 20-30% weightage
3. The last would be having some experience in any one of react.js/ node.js or even angular.js since some of these are being used in the current project. – 20-30% weightage
4. Prefer candidates with Angular (ver 8+), react (ver 16+), Node (Ver 14+) and extremely good in JavaScript, HTML & CSS
5. Experience : 4-6 years relevant

Job Description :

• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
• Experience building complex web application.
• Hands on experience with programming stacks like MEAN, MERN, LAMP
• Participate in software/product development from ideation to deployment and beyond.
• Should have good knowledge on build tools like Maven, NPM, NODEJS.
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers; awareness of cross-browser compatibility issues and client-side performance considerations
• Should have a good understanding of database concepts.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript ( NodeJS & ExpressJS) in) Development on both client and server-side

• Having experience in building a responsive web design
• Experience with MongoDB and good knowledge in database concepts
• Experience with web frameworks like ExpressJS
• Developing secure Node.js end points using Passport, JWT, OAuth, and related technologies.
• Knowledge in Restful API Design
• Knowledge in unit testing tools like Karma, Jasmine etc..
• Experience with Version control systems like GIT and knowledge in GIT branching is necessary.

• Strong object-oriented knowledge in any platform is a plus
