Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) who can bridge the gap between management and developers. The TPM will manage Android, Frontend, and Backend teams, ensure smooth development processes, track progress, evaluate output quality, resolve technical issues, and deliver timely reports.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Team Management

• Manage daily tasks for Android, Frontend, and Backend developers
• Conduct daily stand-ups, weekly planning, and reviews
• Track progress, identify blockers, and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain sprint boards, task estimations, and timelines

Technical Requirement Translation

• Convert business requirements into technical tasks
• Communicate requirements clearly to developers
• Create user stories, flow diagrams, and PRDs
• Ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly

Quality & Build Review

• Validate build quality, UI/UX flow, functionality
• Check API integrations, errors, performance issues
• Ensure coding practices and architecture guidelines are followed
• Perform preliminary QA before handover to testing or clients

Issue Resolution

• Identify development issues early
• Coordinate with developers to fix bugs
• Escalate major issues to founders with clear insights

Reporting & Documentation

• Daily/weekly reports to management
• Sprint documentation, release notes
• Maintain project documentation & version control processes

Cross-Team Communication

• Act as the single point of contact for management
• Align multiple tech teams with business goals
• Coordinate with HR and operations for resource planning

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Android, Web (Frontend/React), Backend development flows
• Knowledge of APIs, Git, CI/CD, basic testing
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Ability to review builds and suggest improvements
• Strong documentation skills (Jira, Notion, Trello, Asana)
• Excellent communication & leadership
• Ability to handle pressure and multiple projects

Good to Have

• Prior experience in Fintech projects
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX
• Experience in preparing FSD/BRD/PRD
• QA experience or understanding of test cases

Salary Range: 9 to 12 LPA

• Expérience to handle banking project, Complaince issue,
• Angular JS 1.6 and above 6/7 version experience 1.5-4 years
• WCF/WebAPI/C#.NET 4.0 and above experience 2-5 years
• Microsoft Sql server 2008 and  above version minimum 1.5-3 years
• Device integration experience (Biometric, MATM)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expertise in the over-all development cycle and strong technical experience
• Strong Java programming, architecture, DevOps and QA chops.
• Wide experience working with a diverse engineering stack in a fast-paced environment.
• Create and lead a team of engineers and drive development efforts for various products.

• Code and Architect key features that form the backbone of platform
• Conduct performance reviews and mentor and guide the team reporting
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills

Expected Skills :-

• Knowledge/Application of data structures and algorithms.-
• Problem-solving attitude : This means when you face a problem (not necessarily technical), your natural reaction is "How can I solve it best" rather than "How can I get out of it/avoid it/overlook it"-
• Working knowledge in Java(SpringFramework) is a must.
• Working knowledge in ReactJs is a plus.- Working knowledge in Python, MongoDB is a plus.
• The founding team has extensive experience in launching and scaling up fintech products & New business verticals. The founders have rich leadership experience across Consulting, fintech and payment companies

• Working with the product team to develop new features focused on improving the user experience
• Improving existing features and working on streamlining client implementations through improved tools
• Improving our technical architecture and building out a continuous integration pipeline
• Modernizing our front-end in new frameworks
• Everything else - our team is small and you'll likely be involved in almost every tech-related thing going on
  
  

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience building consumer-facing web apps
• You are interested in the full-stack opportunity and love building a feature from start to finish
• Self-starter with a deep interest in tech - we want someone who will come in with opinions, and shape our engineering practices and decisions for the better
• An eye for design - you'll have an important role in making the product look great
