Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced AI / ML Senior Developer with strong hands-on expertise in large language models (LLMs) and AI-driven application development. The ideal candidate will have practical experience working with GPT and Anthropic models, building and training B2B products powered by AI, and leveraging AI-assisted development tools to deliver scalable and intelligent solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Model Analysis & Optimization

Analyze, customize, and optimize GPT and Anthropic-based models to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance for real-world business use cases.

2. AI Product Design & Development

Design and build AI-powered products, including model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and performance optimization across development lifecycles.

3. Prompt Engineering & Response Quality

Develop and refine prompt engineering strategies to improve model accuracy, consistency, relevance, and contextual understanding.

4. AI Service Integration

Build, integrate, and deploy AI services into applications using modern development practices, APIs, and scalable architectures.

5. AI-Assisted Development Productivity

Leverage AI-enabled coding tools such as Cursor and GitHub Copilot to accelerate development, improve code quality, and enhance efficiency.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with product, business, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into effective AI-driven solutions.

7. Model Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

Monitor model performance, analyze outputs, and iteratively improve accuracy, safety, and overall system effectiveness.

Qualifications:

1. Hands-on experience analyzing, developing, fine-tuning, and optimizing GPT and Anthropic-based large language models.

2. Strong expertise in prompt design, experimentation, and optimization to enhance response accuracy and reliability.

3. Proven experience building, training, and deploying chatbots or conversational AI systems.

4. Practical experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor or GitHub Copilot in production environments.

5. Solid programming experience in Python, with strong problem-solving and development fundamentals.

6. Experience working with embeddings, similarity search, and vector databases for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

7. Knowledge of MLOps practices, including model deployment, versioning, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

8. Experience with cloud environments such as Azure, AWS for deploying and managing AI solutions.

9. Experience with APIs, microservices architecture, and system integration for scalable AI applications.

Full Stack senior developer with ReactJS & Redux

• Node js with Express framework

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript with React JS
• Experience with MongoDB
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Node.js & Angular development.
• Experience with NoSQL database technologies like MongoDB is must.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage projects properly and meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Product development team in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust MEAN stack Application.
• Should be able to plan & execute Development Sprints in Jira based on given Feature Documentation.
• Should be able to allocate resources for Sprints and give time estimates.
• Conduct Daily Standup Meetings for Team and make sure of Sprint Progress.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, guiding them in best practices for MEAN Stack development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and communicate project progress.
• Stay updated with the latest development trends, tools, and technologies, and advocate for their adoption within the team.
• Making sure that we are creating highly scalable and maintainable API’s that meet performance and security requirements.
• Make sure to have at least 90% Test Coverage for NodeJS Backend.
• Conduct detailed code reviews & refactoring and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project guidelines.
• Optimising frontend components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
• Develop detailed, annotated wireframes depicting all elements on unique screen types, including content, functional, navigation, and interaction specifications.
• Articulates rationale for approach in the context of both business and user needs.
• Define processes and deliverable that meet project goals and are reasonable within operational, cultural and technology constraints.
• Submit Weekly Sprint & Product Performance Report to Management

We are looking for a full stack developer having expertise in web development, with experience in React, NodeJS, Postgres. Should also have experience with API development & integration.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop back-end components that are scalable and reusable which aligns

with the existing architecture.

- Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-

side logic.

- Design, build, test, and document code

- Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide

technical solutions.

- Make architecture decisions that contribute to maintainable systems.

Skill(s) required:

- HTML , JavaScript , CSS , NodeJs, ReactJs, Redux, Redux Saga, Postgres, SQL,

Git

- Computer science graduates would be preferred

- Familiarity with front-end technologies (like JavaScript, HTML, Bootstrap, CSS,

and React.js)

- Basic understanding of tech stacks - Postgres & Git

- Ability to work independently is a must.

- To add new features according to the requirements, to work on regular updates

as per the latest technological advancements.

- A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session

management

You will be responsible for:

- Architecting and building these applications, as well as coordinating with the

teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure.

- Building pixel-perfect, smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.

- Maintaining code and writing automated tests to ensure the product is of the

highest quality.

- Diagnosing and fixing bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that

feels native.
