Frontend Developer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled React.js Developer with 1-2 years of experience in front-end development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using React.js while ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js.
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement UI/UX designs.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across multiple devices and browsers.
• Work with RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues.
• Maintain clean, scalable, and reusable code following industry best practices.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including scrum meetings and sprint planning.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS.
• Knowledge of Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Familiarity with Git version control.
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Basic knowledge of Node.js (preferred but not mandatory)

• Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices
• Deep expertise and hands-on experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS.
• The candidate must have a strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions, and standards.
• Candidate must have knowledge of standards used for creating a responsive website.
• The candidate will be able to edit digital images with photoshop.

• Proven experience of at least 1 year as a Web developer.
• Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools.
• Excellent visual design skills.
• Creative and open to new ideas.
• Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques.
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude

           What You'll Do

• Build awesome end user experience using a combination of UX design + Right UI frameworks.
• Work with the product team to understand the end user needs and build intuitive UI flows.
• Develop technical design documentation for frontend.
• Collaborate with backend team to discuss and close API contracts.
• Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders (Product Managers, Designers) to review usability, accessibility of the UI.
• Build reusable components.

What You'll Need

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering with 2-5 years of experience in IT industry
• 2+  years of web development technologies including HTML5 JavaScript, typescript, React, CSS, TDD
• Good understanding of UX design, usability, accessibility, look and feel consistency
• Good understanding of architectural principles, patterns, web performance
• Experience in latest trends ES6/7 Node.
• Working knowledge of Object-Oriented JavaScript and Functional JavaScript.
• Having experience/understanding of Material UI design and mobx are preferred
• Deep understanding in core web and browser concepts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Meeting with the development team to discuss user interface ideas and applications.
• Reviewing site requirements and interface designs.
• Identifying web-based user interactions.
• Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using react concepts.
• Writing user interface codes using JavaScript following react.js/next.js workflows.
• Troubleshooting site interface and debugging developed site codes.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field.
• Strong knowledge in react frameworks such as Next Js etc.,.
• Previous experience working as a react.js developer.
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.
• Experience with web/graphic design applications such as Figma,  Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop,  Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience with user interface design.
• Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Good project management skills.
• Developer must have proven work experience on version control and source code management like GIT, Bitbucket.

• 3 years experience
• Strong in : HTML/JS/CSS
• Experience with any particular front-end stack like React or equivalent frameworks
• Front-End experience with and without frameworks
• Experience working on front-end graphic systems including canvas, SVG, webGL is a bonus
• Experience working on timeline based animations is a bonus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering with 3+ years experience.
• Strong knowledge in HTML5, CSS, SASS/Bootstrap, OOP JavaScript, JQuery & AJAX are preferred.
• Strong knowledge in developing responsive web app, designing models (JSON) and (Server communication (REST APIs) are preferred.
• Strong knowledge in modern Frontend frameworks & libraries like Angular, Redux + React are preferred.
• Strong Knowledge in HTML templates and modern templating technologies are preferred.
• Strong knowledge in modern libraries like React is preferred.
• Knowledge of NodeJS, NPM packages is a huge plus.
• Knowledge of Gulp, Bower is a plus.
• Knowledge of ExpressJS is desirable.
• Knowledge of Docker is desirable.
• Basic Knowledge of relational DBMS and SQL
