- Vendor Outreach:Ā Initiate outbound calls to vendors, introducing the e-commerce platform, and establishing or maintaining relationships.
- Order Confirmation:Ā Communicate with vendors to confirm orders, ensuring accurate product details, quantities, and delivery timelines.
- Issue Resolution:Ā Address and resolve any issues related to orders, payments, or product discrepancies by liaising between vendors and internal teams.
- Feedback Collection:Ā Gather feedback from vendors regarding their experiences with the e-commerce platform, identifying areas for improvement.
- Contractual Agreements:Ā Communicate and ensure vendors adhere to contractual agreements, including pricing, terms, and conditions.
- Inventory Management:Ā Coordinate with vendors to manage and update inventory information, ensuring product availability and accuracy on the platform.
- New Vendor Onboarding:Ā Assist in the onboarding process for new vendors, providing necessary information and documentation requirements.

Requirements:

- Problem-Solving:Ā Ability to identify and solve problems efficiently, especially in the context of order discrepancies or vendor-related issues.
- Detail-Oriented:Ā Attention to detail is crucial, particularly when confirming orders, managing inventory, and reviewing contractual agreements.
- Negotiation Skills:Ā Basic negotiation skills to ensure mutually beneficial terms with vendors.

- Tech-Savvy:Ā Comfortable using e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and other tools relevant to vendor management.
ā Own P&L of all the fulfilment centres (Staples and FMCG) across South India ( current
and upcoming)
ā Take responsibility for management of the operations team across different functions -
inbound, outbound, inventory and returns operations.
ā Liaison with planning and SCM - HR for resource planning to meet the customer demand.
ā Collaborate with design, business, finance, product and other business functions to drive
efficiency in processes, improve customer and employee experience.
ā Work with the expansion team to ensure timely readiness of capacity for growth goals of
the organization

ā Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution
ā 4-5 years of operating experience in managing warehouses preferably e-commerce
ā Super motivated, go-getter, willingness to go on ground and travel
ā Demonstrated ability to build and lead a team
ā Ability to create scalable processes and define SOPs
