Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer (3–10 years) to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building high-quality, scalable mobile applications using Flutter for both Android and iOS. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver end-to-end mobile solutions, lead junior developers, and contribute to architectural and process improvements.

What You Will Be Doing

✔ Develop high-quality, scalable mobile applications using Flutter & Dart

✔ Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into fully functional apps

✔ Write clean, testable, and maintainable code

✔ Work closely with designers, PMs, QAs, and other developers

✔ Implement new features, fix bugs, and optimize app performance

✔ Handle app flows involving offline storage, threading, localization, etc.

✔ Integrate third-party services: REST APIs, Firebase, Location, Notifications, Video recording, Payment gateways

✔ Participate in project estimation, architecture discussions, and release planning

✔ Contribute to the full mobile development lifecycle—from concept to deployment

✔ Prepare documentation for architecture, reusable components, and processes

✔ Lead and mentor junior Flutter developers

✔ Stay updated with latest Flutter, mobile development, and Web technologies

✔ Contribute to Flutter Web modules when required

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

Must Have

• 3–10 years total experience, with 2+ years in Flutter & Dart
• Strong understanding of mobile app development (Android & iOS)
• Ability to design & build apps from scratch
• Experience with:
• Firebase services (Auth, Firestore, Storage, Messaging)
• Location services
• Push notifications
• Video recording modules
• REST API integration
• 3rd-party SDK integrations
• Expertise in:
• Building UI-rich, high-performance mobile apps
• Offline storage, performance tuning, and low battery usage optimization
• Experience using Git/GitHub
• Published at least 1+ app on PlayStore or App Store
• Understanding of Flutter Web
• Basic knowledge of payment gateway integration
• Knowledge of GraphQL is a plus
• Experience with native Android/iOS development is a big advantage

• Proficient in Kotlin
• Experience in MVVM Code architecture
• Understanding of using Jetpack libraries in Android
• Experience in RxJava techniques
• Capable of learning a new technology like Flutter
• Knowledge in Android app life cycle
• Have experience in Android app submission in PlayStore
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Proven software development experience and Android skills development

• Have published at least one original Android app

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a small team to build Flutter application.

Requirements

• 2 - 3 years of professional mobile application development experience.
• 2+ years of professional experience working with Flutter.
• Extensive knowledge of Dart language and ecosystem.
• Understanding of Restful API and experience on various client libraries.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Meaningful experience working in a startup environment.

Requirements:

• Engineers with 3+ years of experience in shipping consumer-facing Android apps with the large user base, ideally currently available on the Google Play Store (Please be sure to include links to all such apps with your resume).
• Top-notch programming skills in Java, Kotlin and Android.
• Command of memory management, view hierarchy, battery optimization and in-depth experience with multithreaded and networked applications.
• Worked with RESTful APIs, third-party SDK Integrations and common technologies like HTTPS, JSON, OAuth, and SQL.
• Thorough working knowledge of Android Studio with the Gradle build system.
• Understanding the quirks of the fragmented ecosystem of Android OS versions and devices.
• Solid experience with Git.
• Care for quality with an obsession for performance and willingness to spend time testing the team's work as well as yours.
