About Worql
Worql is a technology startup building software that helps IT services companies manage client engagements, track project changes, verify delivery, and maintain commercial accountability.
We work with founders and leadership teams at software development agencies and IT services firms, helping them manage client relationships and delivery operations more efficiently.
About the Role
We're looking for a motivated, resourceful Founder’s Office Associate to work directly with Worql's founder across business development, growth, research, and daily operations.
This is a hands-on role with significant responsibility from day one. Your primary focus will be helping Worql acquire new customers by identifying promising companies, engaging decision-makers, building relationships, and generating qualified sales opportunities.
Beyond sales, you'll contribute to marketing, market research, product feedback, and operational projects that support the company's growth.
We're looking for someone who takes initiative, communicates effectively, and can turn an assignment into a finished result without constant supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and research potential customers, particularly founders and executives of software development and IT services companies.
- Initiate personalized conversations through LinkedIn and email.
- Manage outreach campaigns, follow-ups, and prospect relationships.
- Qualify potential customers and schedule meetings with the founder.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, conversations, and sales opportunities.
Growth & Marketing
- Research industry trends, competitors, and potential market opportunities.

- Provide concise daily updates on completed work, priorities, and challenges.
Who We're Looking For

- Confidence communicating professionally with business owners and senior executives.
- Genuine interest in startups, entrepreneurship, technology, and B2B sales.
- Strong research, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, spreadsheets, and modern productivity tools.
- Willingness to learn quickly, experiment, and adapt in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Previous experience in business development, sales, marketing, or startup operations.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or CRM tools.
- Understanding of how software development agencies and IT services businesses operate.
Previous startup experience is not mandatory. Relevant internships, freelance projects, college initiatives, or independent work are equally valuable.
Compensation & Growth
- Fixed stipend: ₹22,000 per month.
- Sales meeting incentive: ₹500 for every qualified sales meeting booked and completed.
- Customer acquisition incentive: ₹2,500 for every paid customer engagement closed.
- Performance incentives: Uncapped.
- Career opportunity: High-performing candidates may receive an offer for a permanent full-time position after the initial three-month period.
You'll work directly with the founder, gain exposure to how an early-stage technology business operates, and have opportunities to take on greater responsibility as the company grows.
Submit your CV along with a short response (maximum 150 words) to the following question:
A client keeps asking a software development company for small additional features during a project. What problems might this create for the company's founder, and how would you initiate a conversation with that founder about the issue?
We're interested in how you think, communicate, and approach real business problems, not just your qualifications.
Business Operations Executive
Location: Mumbai • Experience: 0–2 Years
▌ ABOUT BXI WORLD
At BXI (Barter Exchange of India), we have reinvented the age-old concept of bartering for the modern Indian enterprise. We empower businesses to let their goods and services work for them — transforming inventory into a powerful engine for growth. Our digital marketplace connects businesses across multiple categories, creating a vibrant B2B community where organizations exchange products and services through the BXI ecosystem.
▌ ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a proactive, adaptable, and people-oriented Business Operations Executive to support our growing Business Operations team. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate day-to-day operations, resolve queries, manage follow-ups, maintain documentation, and ensure tasks move smoothly from requirement to closure. This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys learning, taking initiative, and being hands-on in a fast-paced startup environment.
▌ KEY SKILLS
Client & Vendor Coordination | Business Communication | Operations & Follow-up | MS Office / Excel | MIS & Documentation | Problem Solving | Task Management | Process Coordination
▌ WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Support the Business Operations team in managing day-to-day operational requirements and ensuring timely task closure
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to address queries and keep processes moving smoothly
• Manage order, inventory, delivery, and other operational follow-ups across multiple requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation, MIS reports, trackers, and operational records using MS Office / Excel / Google Sheets
• Track timelines, identify gaps or delays, and proactively follow up or escalate issues before they impact delivery
• Support client and vendor meetings, operational discussions, and on-ground activities whenever required
• Work closely with different teams to solve operational issues and improve the overall execution process
▌ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Graduate in Management, Marketing, Mass Media, Technology Management, or a related discipline
• 0–2 years of experience; freshers with strong communication, internship, or relevant corporate exposure are welcome
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence in client and vendor interactions
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office, Excel / Google Sheets, and basic MIS reporting
• Proactive, go-getter attitude with the ability to take ownership instead of waiting for instructions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure startup environment with tight timelines and changing priorities
• Strong coordination, follow-up, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
• Flexible and versatile — willing to attend meetings, support on-ground operational activities, and take on varied responsibilities when required
• Exposure to B2B marketing or startup environments is a plus
How you will work
You own the execution on your brands. Nobody will chase you for status, and nobody will hand you a process for a situation you have not seen before. You build it, write it down, and the next brand goes live faster because of it.
Expect the first few fortnights to be manual. Trackers maintained by hand, follow-ups by phone, reports rebuilt every week. What we want you doing alongside that is noticing which of it should never be manual again: the same status update, the same device reconciliation, the same weekly report.
You will be encouraged to automate those yourself with the AI and workflow tools available to you, rather than waiting on an engineering sprint. You will not be doing this alone. Sales, Product, Engineering, AI and Logistics teams sit around you and will build what you ask for. What nobody will do is tell you what to ask for.
What you will do
- Run brand and store onboarding. Work with the client's point of contact to collect store, employee and device details. Plan the go-live, run the store training, track timelines, and keep the implementation tracker honest.
- Own devices and logistics. Allocation, mapping, dispatch, delivery, replacement and recovery. Keep accurate records of active, faulty, spare and returned devices, and stay on top of couriers and vendors until things actually arrive.
- Watch the daily operations.- Monitor recordings and data uploads, track store and salesperson activity, and spot the gap before the client does. Handle escalations, and follow up internally until the issue is actually closed rather than acknowledged.
- Report accurately. -Daily and weekly operational reports on adherence, recordings, store activity and device health. This is heavy Excel and Sheets work: pivot tables, lookups, QUERY, FILTER. The numbers have to be right, because people make decisions on them.
- Coordinate with clients. -Be the operational contact for the brand's teams. Share updates, understand what they are asking for, and make sure every commitment you make is one that gets delivered.
- Coordinate the team.- Allocate tasks across the operations and implementation team, track completion, run regular reviews, and help new joiners get up to speed on how things are done.
- Improve and automate the process. -Write the SOPs and checklists, kill the repetitive manual work, and make each implementation cleaner than the last.
What we are looking for
- Must have 3 to 5 years in operations, implementation, project coordination or customer success operations
- A logistics or e-commerce background is the closest match to what this job actually asks for, and is what we would prefer
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets. Formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP, QUERY and FILTER should be things you use, not things you have heard of
- Relentless follow-up. Most of this job is making sure something that was promised actually happened
- Good communication and the confidence to handle a client escalation without needing somebody senior on the call
- Fluent English and Hindi. A third Indian language counts for a lot, since you will be talking to store teams and not only to HQ
- Ownership. You should be the person others stop following up with, because you have already closed it
Good to have
- Basic SQL, or experience writing report requirements for a technical team
- Used LLMs for daily tasks, both professional and personal
- Exposure to SaaS, AI or a startup environment, and to hardware deployed in the field
- Experience coordinating a small team, or running several clients and projects at once
About the Role
Work at the intersection of business and technology, supporting operations, data analysis, automation, and digital tools to improve efficiency and growth.
Responsibilities
- Support business operations using tech tools (Excel, CRM, dashboards)
- Analyze data and generate insights for decision-making
- Assist in automation workflows and process improvements
- Coordinate between tech and business teams
- Help in implementing digital solutions and tools
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of business processes
- Interest in technology and automation

- Collaborate with various teams to gather information and ensure project timelines are met.
- Identify areas for operational improvement and propose solutions.
- Maintain accurate records and databases for operational tracking.
- Assist in managing communication channels and stakeholder interactions.
- Contribute to special projects as assigned by the management team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
