Ritumbhara

- Assist the Founder with day-to-day business and operational tasks

- Conduct market and competitor research and prepare actionable insights

- Assist in business development and growth-related activities

- Coordinate with internal teams and candidates.

- Track ongoing tasks, deadlines, and deliverables

- Prepare reports, presentations, MIS, and business updates

- Support recruitment and HR-related activities when required

- Assist with marketing, social media, and content-related coordination

- Identify operational gaps and suggest practical solutions

- Follow up with team members and ensure tasks are completed on time

- Maintain organized records, trackers, and documentation

- Assist in special projects assigned by the Founder

- Take ownership of assigned projects from start to completion
