Preferably someone who has worked in the Marcom industry — someone who would love to work closely with me to handle multiple creative and tech departments, manage brands, and oversee the P&L of the company. The focus will largely be on operations.
Over time, you will also be working with several brands in the D2C and tech space, helping grow them from the ground up rather than just servicing them as clients.
There will be late-night discussions.
There will be ROAS and ROI debates.
There will be lot agreements and disagreements.
