We're seeking a Principal or Senior Visual Designer to define the visual language, UI, and art direction of this next-gen wellness platform. You'll build a modern, immersive, intuitive system—a dynamic visual identity resonating across digital and physical realms, supporting this deeply human mission.

This role leverages your seasoned mobile product design expertise and creative leadership. You'll collaborate meaningfully with cross-functional teams (Product Designers, Researchers, Illustrators, Engineers, Content Strategists) globally.

Role Overview

As a Principal/Senior Visual Designer, you'll drive the visual design and art direction for Miracle of Mind. This includes shaping the visual identity across multiple digital touchpoints—from app UI and motion to marketing assets. Beyond execution, you'll critique work, elevate design quality, and influence stakeholders for a cohesive, impactful design language, collaborating closely with your team. 

What You’ll Do

● Lead visual design strategy, ensuring a cohesive design language across UI, motion, branding, and digital experiences.

● Define design principles, typography, color systems, and art direction aligned with the brand's essence.

● Set the creative vision for immersive storytelling and motion-based product experiences.

● Design high-fidelity visuals, UI components, and interactions that delight users.

● Prototype animated and interactive experiences using motion design.

● Provide thoughtful critique to elevate visual and experiential quality.

● Advocate best practices in typography, composition, and branding, balancing innovation and clarity.

● Create visual assets across digital channels, including in-app UI, onboarding, animations, and marketing.

● Adapt and scale design systems across various digital platforms.

● Utilize Figma, After Effects, Principle, Lottie, or other prototyping tools.

What We’re Looking For

● Deep expertise in visual design foundations: typography, layout, composition, hierarchy, and color.

● Strong art direction capabilities with a track record of elevating visual quality across digital products.

● Experience designing for mobile, web, and marketing touchpoints.

● Motion design & prototyping experience; ability to create interactive, animated UI experiences.

● Hands-on and execution-focused; thriving in creating high-fidelity visuals and interactive prototypes.

● Ability to effectively critique design work and provide clear, constructive feedback.

● Strong storytelling abilities, using visuals to create immersive experiences.

● Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, or similar motion tools.

● 6+ years of experience in visual design, branding, and product design, preferably in digital-first environments.

● Bonus: Understanding of 3D, generative design, or immersive experiences; ability to collaborate on Lottie or WebGL animations.

We are seeking an IT/System Administrator to manage and maintain our web servers, monitor system performance, and ensure uptime for our E-lock GPS web platform. This individual will play a key role in server monitoring, troubleshooting, and managing basic backend operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain servers, ensuring uptime, performance, and security.

Perform basic troubleshooting for server-related issues (e.g., service restarts, log analysis).

Manage server logs, backups, and storage usage.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare periodic reports, such as summaries and dashboards, for the senior management, that provide Revenue and Resource Utilization pipeline, and present current status on various dimensions such as project management, execution, quality of delivery, process compliance and project profitability.

· Executing various revenue and non-revenue related contracts, and renewing those well in time. Tracking actual v/s the targets on weekly basis, and preparing specific Project wise Profitability Reports.

· Provide inputs on revenue comparison and arriving at a benchmark.

· Report revenue leakage by tracking non-billed hours put in by the resources in each project.

· Reviewing the rates and renewing them based on the inputs received from the manager.

· Collaborate closely with auditors, internal engineering and functional teams to keep the organization ready for audits through proper planning, internal audits and keeping evidences ready, and finally getting the organization audited from external agencies.

· Drive status meeting with the relevant stakeholders, leaders and mangers to check the status of various goals and initiate action through right channel wherever it is needed.
