ABOUT THE ROLE

Rupeestop is a fintech platform helping people take control of their financial future. We're looking for a UI/UX Designer who is creative, curious, and genuinely excited about building intuitive, beautiful financial products. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and research teams to shape the experiences people interact with every day — and own your work end to end. We move fast, experiment often, and iterate relentlessly. You'll be expected to take full ownership, bring thinking that goes beyond your assigned tasks, and turn ideas into reality through design. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Design user interfaces for mobile apps and web products — from wireframes to high-fidelity designs.

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing — and let insights drive your decisions.

• Build and maintain design systems, components, and style guides for consistency across products.

• Collaborate with product and engineering — iterate based on feedback, test assumptions, and evolve designs.

• Create prototypes and interactive flows to communicate ideas and test concepts with real users.

• Think about accessibility from day one — ensure designs work for everyone, everywhere.

• Experiment with new design tools, interactions, and approaches — push boundaries thoughtfully.

• Contribute to product strategy discussions — bring a design perspective to decisions early.

WHAT YOU NEED

• Solid grasp of design fundamentals — typography, color, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy.

• Hands-on experience with Figma (or similar tools) — comfortable designing, prototyping, and collaborating.

• Understanding of user-centered design — empathy, research methods, and iterative design thinking.

• Portfolio with 2-3 strong projects that show your design thinking and problem-solving process.

• Familiarity with mobile-first design and responsive design principles.

• Basic understanding of design systems and component-based thinking.

• Ability to clearly explain your design decisions and present work to stakeholders.

• Strong communication and openness to feedback — you learn, adapt, and improve based on input.

Review Criteria

• Strong IT Engineer Profile
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Azure/Office 365 compliance and management, including policy enforcement, audit readiness, DLP, security configurations, and overall governance.
• Must have strong experience handling user onboarding/offboarding, identity & access provisioning, MFA, SSO configurations, and lifecycle management across Windows/Mac/Linux environments.
• Must have proven expertise in IT Inventory Management, including asset tracking, device lifecycle, CMDB updates, and hardware/software allocation with complete documentation.
• Hands-on experience configuring and managing FortiGate Firewalls, including routing, VPN setups, policies, NAT, and overall network security.
• Must have practical experience with FortiGate WiFi, AP configurations, SSID management, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and securing wireless environments.
• Must have strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Antivirus Endpoint Central (or equivalent) for patching, endpoint protection, compliance, and threat remediation.
• Must have solid understanding of Networking, including routing, switching, subnetting, DHCP, DNS, VPN, LAN/WAN troubleshooting.
• Must have strong troubleshooting experience across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments for system issues, updates, performance, and configurations.
• Must have expertise in Cisco/Polycom A/V solutions, including setup, configuration, video conferencing troubleshooting, and meeting room infrastructure support.
• Must have hands-on experience in Shell Scripting / Bash / PowerShell for automation of routine IT tasks, monitoring, and system efficiencies.

Role & Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure/System Administrator to manage, secure, and optimize our IT environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in enterprise-grade tools, strong troubleshooting skills, and hands-on experience configuring secure integrations, managing endpoint deployments, and ensuring compliance across platforms.

• Administer and manage Office 365 suite (Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams etc) and related services/configurations.
• Handle user onboarding and offboarding, ensuring secure and efficient account provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Oversee IT compliance frameworks, audit processes, and IT asset inventory management, attendance systems.
• Administer Jira, FortiGate firewalls and Wi-Fi, antivirus solutions, and endpoint management systems.

• Additional Information

  • 10 to 12 years of IT experience. Minimum 2 years of experience in leading architecture and design.
  • Having led a minimum  2 RPA project implementations as lead architect
  • Certification in Robotics for any one product (Blue Prism /Automation Anywhere)
  • Experience in defining the architecture of enterprise level applications involving multiple systems, sub-systems and ERPs.
  • Experience front ending client facing discussions and interfacing with Client Business, IT and Architecture teams
  • Knowledge of automation tool capabilities and technical requirements
  • Good communication skills & customer interaction skills.

T3:

1. Technical points: you need to master js css html, the front-end framework needs to master react, know the various hooks of the react function component, and be able to implement the hooks yourself.

2. Able to restore 100% of the UI design draft and consider various compatibility issues when implementing web page layout. Able to reuse various components.

3. Able to handle various compatibility issues on the h5 side, and compatibility issues on the web side such as safari chrome and other mainstream browsers

4. Have a solid foundation in JS, do not write random codes, know how to correctly implement requirements, and write correct codes that are highly maintainable and will not affect other modules. Understand the browser's asynchrony and event loop and be able to quickly locate problems.

5. Have motivation and enthusiasm for learning, be able to accept knowledge that you do not have, and learn quickly.

T4:

1. Understand how to write high-performance react code. Be proficient in js language specifications. Pursue clean code.

2. Familiar with web security knowledge and able to use technical specifications to prevent security vulnerabilities
