We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced QA Engineer who is equally strong in manual testing and understands the complexities of system integrations. In this role, you'll be responsible for validating new features, identifying edge cases, and ensuring our integrated systems work smoothly across services and user touchpoints.
Youll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and DevOps teams to design comprehensive test plans, execute manual and automated test cases, and continuously improve our testing processes.
What You’ll Do
Own and execute manual testing efforts for new features, regression cycles, and integration scenarios. Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases, test plans, and exploratory testing strategies. Validate end-to-end workflows, including cross-service integrations, APIs, and user-facing functionality. Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps and impact analysis.
Collaborate with automation engineers to ensure proper coverage of manual test cases in automation suites.
Help maintain and enhance existing automated test coverage using frameworks like Playwright or Cypress.
Work with the CI/CD team to ensure testing is well-integrated into the development and deployment pipelines.
Participate in design reviews and planning sessions to bring a quality-first perspective. What We’re Looking For
5+ years of hands-on experience in software QA with a strong focus on manual testing.
Proven experience in testing integrated systems, APIs, and end-to-end workflows across services. Ability to thoroughly understand business and technical requirements to derive impactful test cases. Familiarity with at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java).
Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr, XRAY).
Comfortable with modern automation tools/frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with a sharp eye for identifying edge cases and risks.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
Nice to Have
API testing experience using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools. Familiarity with SQL and querying databases for validation.
Experience working in agile teams using tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc. Exposure to containerized environments like Docker or Kubernetes. Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

As our Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for:
● Securing annual subscription renewals and upsell opportunities
● Driving customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction for assigned book of
accounts
● Monitoring and reporting on the health and risk of assigned accounts ●
Managing approximately 150-200 accounts at a time
● Analyzing customer performance data and making recommendations to ensure

Role: ANDROID DEVELOPER
What you’ll do?
- Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

What Makes You A Great Fit?
- Have published one or more android apps on the Play store
