What you’ll do:

You will be working as a senior software engineer within the healthcare domain, where you will focus on module level integration and collaboration across other areas of projects, helping healthcare organizations achieve their business goals with use of full stack technologies, cloud services & DevOps. You will be working with Architects from other specialties such as cloud engineering, data engineering, ML engineering to create platforms, solutions and applications that cater to latest trends in the healthcare industry such as digital diagnosis, software as a medical product, AI marketplace, amongst others. Focuses on module level integration and collaboration across other areas of projects

Role & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with programming.Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. You will work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.

• Develop new user-facing features

• Build reusable code and libraries for future use

• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs

• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability

• Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end

• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

• Would be responsible to provide stable technical solutions which are robust and scalable as pe business needs

Skills expectation:

• Must have

o Frontend:

 Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3

 Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS

 Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery

 Good understanding of at least one of the advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as AngularJS, KnockoutJS, BackboneJS, ReactJS etc.

 Familiarity with one or more modern front-end frameworks such as Angular 15+, React, VueJS, Backbone.

 Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.

 Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work

around them.

 Experience with generic Angular testing frameworks

We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Tech Lead with extensive experience in React.js developmentand team leadership. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers while alsocontributing to the development of high-quality software solutions using React.js and related technologies.

Responsibilities :

● Lead a team of software developers in the design, development, and implementation of React.js-based software solutions.

● Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring best practices are followed and code quality is maintained.

● Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

● Architect and design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance software systems using React.js and related technologies.

● Implement and maintain coding standards, code reviews, and other processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.

● Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in React.js development and incorporate them into the development process.

● Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues, providing timely resolutions to ensure project deadlines are met.

● Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

● Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements :

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

● Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in software development.

● Extensive hands-on experience with React.js and related libraries/frameworks.

● Minimum 2-3 years of experience in leading and managing software development teams, with a proven track record of overseeing teams of at least 5-6 members.

● Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.

● Experience with implementing or contributing to design systems, which helps maintain consistency across large applications.

● Experience with modern front-end development tools and workflows.

● Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

● Understanding and application of security best practices in React applications, such as preventing XSS attacks, managing authentication/authorization securely, and understanding common vulnerabilities.

● Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

• Work on a full product development lifecycle from requirement gathering, product design, development, to roll out and maintenance

• Advocate best development practices such as continuous integration/continuous delivery, automation (testing and infrastructure) and code modularity, extensibility, quality
• Experience in building Websites from Scratch is a big plus

Key Skills Required: 

• Min 3+ Years in Web Application Development
• Write clean, solid and testable code while keeping the user experience fast and reliable
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JS, JQuery, Reach, Redux 
• Proficient in Web Interface designing
• Experience in developing reusable UI components
• Deep functional knowledge or hands on design experience with Web Services 
• Strong grasp of security principles and how they apply to E-Commerce websites.

- Hands-on experience in developing User Interfaces (more than 4 years) using Angular 4+.

- Hands-on experience of using reactive frameworks like Redux, NgRX.

- Strong understanding of using UI testing frameworks like Jasmine, Mocha.

- Focus on building reusable components by employing Design patterns.

- Ability to remote diagnose user issues (With or without tools).

- Strong understanding of Object-oriented concepts.

- Ability to suggest alternative solutions for micro-level problems considering the environment constraints.

- Ability to diagnose development issues independently.
