• Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Video Editor, Video Specialist or similar role related to video editing and Graphic Designing
• Sound working knowledge on Adobe premiere pro, Sound Editing, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and CorelDraw Software.
• Excellent Experience of using video editing tools.
• Good Time Management Skills

• Proficient in Adobe After Effects.
• Knowledge and a good understanding of motion graphics is preferred

Responsibilities

• Managing small to medium teams with a focus on performance and talent retention
• Participate in creation and execution of product and technology roadmap with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product managers and other leads/architects for building and delivering projects
• Ownership of front-end and back-end development work carried out with reusability, scalability, and testability of the projects
• Hire and mentor junior team members and coordinate their training
• Coordinate with external stakeholders for new integrations and tools
• Review and update policies relevant to internal systems and equipment and stay compliant with security regulations
• Monitor reliability and performance of all customer-facing and internal projects
• Manage software development projects by setting requirements, goals, and timelines

Requirements

• Work experience as an engineering manager or in a similar senior-level position at an engineering department
• Experience in the Fintech space
• Extensive experience with cloud technologies (AWS preferred) and server-side technologies (Java preferred)
• Hands-on experience in back-end and front-end development
• Good understanding of SDLC using agile methodologies (SCRUM / Kanban / SAFe)
• Leadership abilities with a strategic mind
• Excellent project management skills
• BSc/MSc in Engineering, Computer Science or relevant field

• Manage security tools(Snyk, Fossa, Trivy).
• Manage vulnerability programs. Triage vulnerabilities, assign priorities and owners, follow up on the mitigation 
• Monitor license violations.  
• Perform Security Assessments and Threat Modeling
• Security Incident Response. Be part of a security-on-call team in PagerDuty, act as incident commander, perform Root Cause Analysis.
• Drive security initiatives(Web Application Security, Least-privilege principle, Secrets Management, Key Management, PKI and Certificate Management, Anti-fraud protection).

You'll need:

• Web application security experience.
• Familiarity with a modern SaaS infrastructure and application development.
• Manual and/or automated Penetration Testing (white box, black box & grey box).
• Good understanding of security risk(OWASP Top 10).
• Pen-testing: burp suite/ postman, etc.
• Vulnerability management: Snyk, fossa, NexusIQ, WhiteHat security, aqua security, GitHub security, etc.
• Familiarity with major security protocols.
• Collaboration, transparency, and integrity.
• BS/MS degree; 5+ years of relevant experience.

Nice to have:

• Experience in scripting languages(BASH, Python, JS, etc).
• CEH, CSSLP, GIAC, OSCP, OSCE, or other related industry-recognized certifications.

Job Description:

Technical Skills:

1) Strong Python and Mongo DB is mandatory

2) Web Application Architecture - One Large Project Experience of Development & Maintenance

3) Knowledge in one or more frameworks like WSGI(uwsgi), Django, Flask, Web Application development

4) Exposure to Databases like MongoDB, BigQuery, Elastic Search, Redis, etc.,

5) Knowledge of Code Quality Process and Discipline (Git, Jenkins, etc)
