Position Overview :

As a Content Writer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging, and informative content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, extremely proficient in the English language, and have a keen interest in staying up-to-date with current world events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, write, and edit news articles, feature stories consistent with the company's editorial guidelines.
• Work in collaboration with the news team to write breaking stories, providing rapid-response articles or updates as necessary.
• Contribute to editorial meetings, pitching story ideas that are timely, relevant, and aligned with the company's focus and readership.
• Leverage an understanding of SEO principles to write headlines and body copy that are search-engine friendly and also engaging to readers.
• Perform investigative tasks for more in-depth articles, which may include interviewing sources, analyzing documents, and synthesizing data.
• Edit and proofread content written by other team members or freelance contributors in the news department.
• Work closely with social media managers to promote content and engage with the community.
• Monitor news trends and metrics to identify topics of interest to our audience.
• Maintain a consistent publishing schedule, balancing long-term projects with short-term rapid-response articles.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in content writing or journalism.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles..
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong research skills.

Job Description/Job Responsibilities

• Reach out to Decision Makers (B2b) / Connect with the relevant individuals (as per defined database) to brief them on call about upcoming conferences, sessions, etc. Educate them why they should attend the conference/event and generate interest.
• Work on Business-to-Business campaign for the IT marketplace 
• Doing Web search for successful call results ie. LinkedIn
• Guide and help the participants in the process like registering, logging-in on the portal by carrying out the intelligent conversation, sharing appropriate information with registrants
• Maintaining and analyzing reports of discussions and call history as required in a specific format.
• Making polite conversation with customers/prospects on the phone

Candidate should be from Flexipack and Holographic Industry

§ Generating Lead, Sales Enquiry, Preparation of Quotation, Follow-up with clients, Generating enquiries from new and existing customers, Market research and survey, Focus more on new business generation.

§ Maintaining strong relationships with customers, Attend customer complaints, Payment follow up & on time payment collection from customer

§ Willing to Travel in anywhere in Maharashtra especially in Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Aurangabad to meet clients.

Primary Responsibilities

• Architect and drive complex software performance improvement projects that mitigate the performance challenges of the product and establish new guidelines for future product features
• Work with the development team, and database administrators to analyze performance bottlenecks, make recommendations to address performance concerns, and co-design performance into new feature development
• Efficiently working with various profiling and monitoring tools to identify performance and concurrency bottlenecks, propose and implement optimizations to improve cloud product
• Review end-user usage patterns and customer logged performance defects and enhance performance test coverage based on gaps identified.
• Understand database internals, server and storage system design, application interactions with database queries and stored procedures and with other downstream systems
• Troubleshoot issues experienced by users and propose solutions

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in implementing and driving software performance engineering projects and solutions. Advanced level experience with concurrency, multithreading, and distributed system architectures
• Experience analyzing performance bottlenecks with application code interfacing with databases using ORM Frameworks, cache layers, data storage, servers, networking, and database query protocols including developing stored procedures, SQL queries, and database applications
• Working knowledge of relational database internals (locking, consistency, replication, serialization, failover, recovery)
• Comfortable with Windows, SQL Server, .NET Framework/Core, GIT, Nuget, SPA, Modern UI Frameworks, ORM Framework NHibernate in terms of both tools and application development
• Passionate about finding software performance bottlenecks and optimizing code to produce a better customer experience
• Experience with APM (Application Performance Monitoring), RUM (Real User Monitoring), and other Dev tools used for Performance monitoring and analysis
• Experience with performance bottleneck analysis, system design for scaling

As a DevOps Engineer with experience in Kubernetes, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of DevOps engineers in the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's infrastructure. You will work closely with software developers, system administrators, and other IT professionals to ensure that the organization's systems are efficient, reliable, and scalable. 

Specific responsibilities will include: 

• Leading the team in the development and implementation of automation and continuous delivery pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Terraform, and Ansible. 
• Managing the organization's infrastructure using Kubernetes, including deployment, scaling, and monitoring of applications. 

• Ensuring that the organization's systems are secure and compliant with industry standards. 
• Collaborating with software developers to design and implement infrastructure as code. 
• Providing mentorship and technical guidance to team members. 
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in collaboration with other IT professionals. 
• Participating in the development and maintenance of the organization's disaster recovery and incident response plans.
