Mandatory (Experience) – Must have 8+ years of direct B2B enterprise software sales experience, of which the most recent 5+ years must be in SAP sales (services or license; any SAP module). SAP sales must be current and most recent focus

Mandatory (Skill 1) – Must have a hunter mindset focused on net-new logo acquisition, owning the entire sales cycle end-to-end — prospecting, pipeline building, consultation, negotiation, and closure (clearly reflected in the resume with relevant metrics)

Mandatory (Skill 2) – Must have a documented history of exceeding annual quotas as a consistent top performer, with proven ability to close large, complex, high-value deals. Individual annual targets and actual achievement against them must be clearly mentioned in the resume; team or regional numbers will not be accepted

Mandatory (Skill 3) – Must have experience selling to enterprise accounts in the domestic (India) market

Mandatory (Skill 4) – Must have experience engaging CXO / senior executive-level decision makers (CFO, CPO, CIO, COO, CDO) to build the business case and drive closure

Mandatory (Communication) – Must have elite verbal & written communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, fluent in English
