Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager (B2B Ed Tech) with strong UAE / GCC market exposure to drive the development, enhancement, and growth of our enterprise learning platforms, LMS solutions, and corporate training products.
The role requires deep expertise in B2B product management, enterprise client engagement, go-to-market strategy, and cross-functional leadership, working closely with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, L&D, and Leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization.
- Define product strategy, roadmap, and execution plans aligned with business objectives.
- Gather and document requirements (PRD, BRD, FRD, user stories).
- Work closely with enterprise sales and per-sales teams to design scalable B2B solutions.
- Lead product discovery, user research, market analysis, and competitive bench marking.
- Drive LMS, LXP, and corporate learning platform enhancements.
- Collaborate with engineering teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Support RFP, RFQ, and enterprise bidding processes.
- Ensure on-time delivery, product quality, and performance metrics achievement.
- Analyze product analytics, adoption metrics, engagement data, and revenue impact.
- Act as the voice of enterprise customers and internal stakeholders.

Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with Product to spot high-leverage ML opportunities tied to business metrics.
- Wrangle large structured and unstructured datasets; build reliable features and data contracts.
- Build and ship models to:

- Fraud/risk detection (severe class imbalance, PR-AUC)
