Data Architecture and Engineering Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead Data Architecture: Own the design, evolution, and delivery of enterprise data architecture across cloud and hybrid environments. Develop relational and analytical data models (conceptual, logical, and physical) to support business needs and ensure data integrity.
• Consolidate Core Systems: Unify data sources across airport systems into a single analytical platform optimised for business value.
• Build Scalable Infrastructure: Architect cloud-native solutions that support both batch and streaming data workflows using tools like Databricks, Kafka, etc.
• Implement Governance Frameworks: Define and enforce enterprise-wide data standards for access control, privacy, quality, security, and lineage.
• Enable Metadata & Cataloguing: Deploy metadata management and cataloguing tools to enhance data discoverability and self-service analytics.
• Operationalise AI/ML Pipelines: Lead data architecture that supports AI/ML initiatives, including forecasting, pricing models, and personalisation.
• Partner Across Functions: Translate business needs into data architecture solutions by collaborating with leaders in Operations, Finance, HR, Legal, Technology.
• Optimize Cloud Cost & Performance: Roll out compute and storage systems that balance cost efficiency, performance, and observability across platforms.

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in data architecture, with 3+ years in a senior or leadership role across cloud or hybrid environments
• Proven ability to design and scale large data platforms supporting analytics, real-time reporting, and AI/ML use cases
• Hands-on expertise with ingestion, transformation, and orchestration pipelines
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure data services, including Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory and related technologies.
• Strong knowledge of ERP data models, especially SAP and MS Dynamics
• Experience with data governance, compliance (GDPR/CCPA), metadata cataloguing, and security practices
• Familiarity with distributed systems and streaming frameworks like Spark or Flink
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and business teams

Key Responsibilities 

• Design, develop, and test analog and digital electronic circuits for new and existing products. 
• Create schematics, PCB layouts, and BOMs using industry-standard tools (e.g., Altium, OrCAD, KiCAD). 
• Perform circuit simulations, component selection, and feasibility studies. 
• Collaborate with firmware/software engineers for system integration. 
• Conduct prototyping, testing, and validation of hardware designs. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other lab equipment. 
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and EMC/EMI requirements. 
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, design reports, and test plans. 
• Support manufacturing and production teams during NPI (New Product Introduction). 
• Continuously research and implement emerging hardware technologies to improve product performance and cost-effectiveness. 

Required Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred). 
• Proven 2–6 years of hands-on experience in hardware design and development. 
• Strong knowledge of analog/digital circuit design, power supplies, and signal integrity. 
• Proficiency with schematic capture & PCB design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle, OrCAD, KiCAD). 
• Experience with microcontrollers, processors, and embedded hardware systems. 
• Familiarity with communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet, etc.). 
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

We are seeking a skilled Python Data Engineer with expertise in designing and implementing data solutions using the AWS cloud platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable, efficient, and secure data pipelines while leveraging Python and AWS services to enable robust data analytics and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines using Python and AWS services such as Glue, Lambda, S3, EMR, Redshift, Athena, and Kinesis.

· Implement ETL/ELT processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into centralized repositories (e.g., data lakes or data warehouses).

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.

· Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance data workflows for performance and cost optimization.
