Role Summary 

The Digital Marketing Executive will play a key role in strengthening Glide Technology’s online presence and driving brand awareness across digital platforms. This role focuses on executing data-driven marketing campaigns, generating quality leads, and enhancing audience engagement to support business growth across Product Engineering and Digital Services domains. 

The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of creativity and analytical thinking, delivering targeted content and measurable results. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, and email.  
• Content Strategy: Develop and manage engaging, audience-centric content across digital platforms.  
• SEO & Website Management: Optimize website performance to improve search rankings and user experience.  
• Social Media Management: Build and strengthen brand presence through impactful social media strategies.  
• Lead Generation: Drive new business opportunities through targeted outreach and campaign initiatives.  
• Event Participation: Plan and manage presence at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.  
• Market Trends & Insights: Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and best practices to ensure effective marketing strategies. 

Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Skills 

• Education: B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication or Computer Engineering.  
• Additional Qualification: MBA is a plus.  
• Experience: 2–6 years in B2B marketing, preferably in IT services, Embedded Systems, or technology-driven industries.  
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical

experience (or) degree in an analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics,

Statistics, Operations Research, Management Science)

● 3+ years experience with data analysis and metrics development

● 3+ years experience analyzing and interpreting data, drawing conclusions, defining

recommended actions, and reporting results across stakeholders

● 2+ years experience writing SQL queries

● 2+ years experience scripting in Python

● Demonstrated curiosity in and excitement for Web3/blockchain technologies

● Interested in learning new technologies to solve customer needs with lots of creative freedom

● Strong communication skills and business acumen

● Self-starter, motivated by an interest for developing the best possible solutions to problems

● Experience with Google Cloud - Bigquery, DataBricks stack, DBT, Tableu, Jupyter is a plus

• Deliver features in an end-to-end manner: technical design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Provide technical leadership and own specific areas of the platform.
• Work closely with Product Managers to translate product requirements to engineering specifications.
• Lead code review efforts and quality efforts in your area of ownership.
• Participate in product discussions, taking ownership and initiative.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Mentored and guide junior engineers.

Must Haves:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Ruby on Rails/ Python/ Node.JS.
• Strong problem-solving skills, data structures, and algorithms.
• Excellent experience on databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.
• Familiarity with tools for code reviews, version control (GIT).
• A knack for writing clean, readable Ruby/ Python/Node.JS code.
• Experience in application server hosting and monitoring.
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.

Nice to Have:

• Hands-on with search platforms (Solr, Elasticsearch, etc).
• Prior experience with microservices-based architecture/SOA/distributed systems.
• Able to implement automated testing platforms and unit tests.
• Experience with common AWS service EC2, RDS, S3, SES, etc.

Very strong C# fundamentals
