Role Description

We are seeking a full-time AI Developer specializing in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to join UpSolve Solutions in Mumbai. This client-facing, on-site role involves designing, developing, and deploying AI models, specifically focusing on GenAI and LLMs. The AI Developer will leverage expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, and data science to build cutting-edge AI solutions that drive business innovation and solve complex challenges.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Strong background in machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and predictive modeling
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python
• Expertise in GCP, AWS or Azure

We are seeking a skilled Techno-Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM, 

specializing in Payroll and Time and Labor and Fast Formula creation. This role involves 

collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Oracle HCM solutions, ensuring 

data integrity, system efficiency, and alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

 Design and implement technical solutions for Oracle Cloud HCM with a focus on 

maintaining data integrity and optimal system performance.

 Should be able to debug production payroll issues and provide resolutions.

 Should be able to debug production Time and Labor issues and provide resolutions.

 Leverage tools such as HCM Data Loader, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher to execute 

seamless data loading, reporting, and extraction processes.

 Collaborate with end-users to verify that technical components align with specified 

business needs and are defect-free.

 Develop and conduct thorough unit, integration, and regression testing to ensure technical 

components are robust and reliable.

 Resolve any identified issues efficiently, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Technical Expertise:

 Utilize in-depth understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture, data model, and 

associated technical components.

 Engage in complex Fast Formula development to support bespoke client requirements.

 Functional skills to support Payroll and Time and Labor modules.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

 A minimum of 6 years of experience in Oracle HCM Implementation.

 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred technical expertise:

 Proficiency in Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formulas, Payroll and OTL Support

• Ability to build REST services, Authentications, MVC applications

• Experience with Elastic Search, Redis.
• Knowledge about AWS components (S3, EC2, Cloudfront, Redis Clusters, etc.)
• Self-learning abilities are required
• Familiarity with upcoming new technologies is a strong plus

• Reads typescript or proof page to detect and mark for correction any grammatical, typographical, or compositional errors
• Check page numbers and headings are correct, Spelling and other aspects, such as the use of capital letters, are consistent, Chapter headings match the contents table, Photos and illustrations are correctly captioned
• Check spelling and grammar.
• Reads proof against copy, marking by standardized code, errors that appear in proof.
• Raise appropriate compositor queries.
• Returns marked proof for correction and later checks corrected proof against copy.
• May measure dimensions, spacing, and positioning of page elements to verify conformance to specifications, using printer's ruler.
• Ensures that pages are whole and logically arranged
• He/she should be able to carry out the work mentioned in an independent manner.
• He/she should be able to quality-check the work of his/her team members.
• He/she should plan and monitor the flow of work (based on priorities)
• He/she should be able to provide classroom/on-the-job training to his/her team members and help them overcome their weaknesses.
• He/she should be responsible for his/her team producing an error-free output.
• He/she should check the mail correspondence regarding workflow regularly

EXPERIENCE PROFILE

• Able to perform edit/proofread independently and make the work done by the team members delivery ready
• Postgraduate in any field of science; good command over the English language; an eye for detail; exposure to various style guides; readiness to meet daily/monthly productivity targets; and maintaining the expected quality norms
