Job Description:

• 5-8 years of experience as business analyst preferably with some experience in healthcare domain
• Experience in capturing/ defining requirements and creating business requirements document/ software requirements specifications
• Extensive and hands on experience in creating wireframes using tools like Visio etc.
• Experience in communicating with stakeholders across the board, including clients, business team, and the development team to make sure the goals are clear and the vision is aligned with business objectives
• Experience as a BA in software development/ implementation projects is a must
• Experience in creating and prioritizing the list of user stories/ backlog items and prioritize them based on the overall strategy and business objectives
• Experience in overseeing the development of the product and taking necessary steps to keep the project on track
• Strong communication skills, documentation skills. Excellent PPT, word and excel skills are a must

 Good to have

• Have worked with hospitals or outpatient clinics or public sector healthcare entities
• BA may have to travel for a few weeks Internationally

Candidate must have hands on experience into the core HR department.

He must be ready to work in US shifts from Mon-Fri from 7 PM till 4 AM.

IT/Staffing/Healthcare staffing experience is plus but accept all.

Job Responsibilities:

• Creating website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices.

• Developing websites that are responsive, cross-browser compatible.

• Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration.

• Generating WordPress themes and plugins.

• Conducting website performance tests.

• Troubleshooting content issues.

• Conducting WordPress training with the client.

• Estimating development timings for individual tasks and new site builds.

• Co-ordinating with web designers to match visual design intent.

• Knowledge of code versioning tools like GIT.

• Working with debugging tools.

• Monitoring, reviewing and revising the performance of the live website.

Required Skills:

• Ability to build websites from scratch using WordPress.

• Proven experience in woo-commerce & supported plugins.

• Knowledge in creating website layout/user interface by using HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, PHP & MySQL.

• Good understanding of theme customization.

• Competent in creating and maintaining software documentation

• Good understanding of SEO principles and content management systems.

Candidates to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales in overseas and develop contacts from his own in USA & European. Duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right merchandise. You should be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. Analysis of the needs of existing/potential customers to meet their requirements.

A good understanding of Loose Diamonds, Certified Diamonds and Diamonds & Diamonds Jewellery and experience in the required field is most important. Knowledge of Natural & Lab grown diamonds. Exposure of the overseas market is also necessary.

For Overseas Diamond & Jewellery Marketing the candidates with good USA & European marketing & contacts will do. Have to work in Night and evening shift.
