Java Developer

Requirement

• Developer Background: The ideal candidate should come from a developer background with knowledge of Java and other programming languages.
• Database Management: They must have hands-on experience with database management.
• Experience Level: We are looking for a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• On-Call Experience: They must have proven on-call experience, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage stress effectively. We also value collaboration, proactivity, and a curious mindset.

L2 Support Engineers are responsible for:

1. Production Issue Debugging

○ Analyzing logs and monitoring application behavior to identify root

causes of production issues.

○ Providing temporary resolutions using database-level fixes or

configuration changes.

1. Handling Escalations from L1 Support

○ Addressing tickets and issues escalated from L1 by providing immediate

workarounds.

○ Ensuring minimal downtime and impact on business operations.

1. Forwarding Issues to L3/Development Team

○ When a permanent code-level fix is required, the issue is escalated to the

L3 (Development) team.

○ Prior to escalation, L2 should provide a detailed analysis and temporary

resolution (e.g., database fix) to minimize user impact.

1. Root Cause Analysis and Documentation

○ Conducting detailed root cause analysis (RCA) for major incidents.

○ Updating the Confluence Playbook with clear, actionable steps for L1

teams to facilitate future self-resolution.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will be a lead developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in developing complex enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Message Queues ( like Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc...),Multithreading, and SQL
• Ability to write high-quality code with speed
• Should have experience in building various end to end feature
• Product and startup background is preferred
• Have a good understanding of SDLC, Agile, and design patterns
• Have a working experience with Github and Jira tool
• Should be able to mentor and lead the team in fast-paced environments.
• High growth\Startup mindset
• Open Source contribution\Active Git profile big plus
• Interest in cloud security is a big plus
• Experience developing data center applications in cloud security, backup, and disaster
• recovery, is a big plus
• Knowledge of AWS\Azure is a big plus

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications. As a Java Developer, you will work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other members of the development team to create high-quality software that meets our clients' needs.

Senior Java Developer

Functional Experience:

5+ years of work experience, bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, develop applications for cloud computing, design, maintain and operate cloud systems/microservices and applications, keep cloud systems secure, fully tested and integrated with all the other products/applications, understand the language of business and develop to address the business’s needs.

Technical Skills Required:

Minimum 6 year of hands-on Java (including Java 11) programming; Experience and knowledge of open-source software, frameworks around server-side development in Java 11; wide and deep understanding of Java ecosystem, monitoring and diagnosis, Spring Boot.

Notice Period: 0-30 Days

Deep expertise and hands on experience in Core java
∙ Hands-on experience with at least 2 years in Spring, Hibernate & Restful web services.
∙ Hands-on experience with at least 3 years in GUI development using Angular/React

, HTML & JavaScript. Added advantage if worked on Angular 5 and above, NodeJS, Bootstrap, jQuery.
∙ Clear understanding of Software Development life cycle and process Oriented. Would be great if worked on Agile or Continuous Delivery (CD) based projects before.
∙ Good fundamentals in Core Programming, JDBC, Object Oriented design & Design patterns
∙ Should have exposure to Oracle SQL. Any other DB apart from Oracle is also fine, provided the fundamentals of RDBMS are clear. Good to have experience in writing Sqls, stored procedures and functions.
∙ Experience in creating & executing unit tests using test driven approach with JUnit or any other equivalent.
