We are looking for an experienced Salesforce & Workday QA Engineer with 6+ years of hands-on QA experience in testing Salesforce and Workday applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in functional and integration testing, test planning, defect management, and Agile methodologies.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of QA experience in Salesforce and Workday applications.
• Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience in Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, Smoke Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Hands-on experience testing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications.
• Experience testing Workday HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Compensation, and Financial modules.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, profiles, permission sets, reports, and dashboards.
• Experience validating Workday business processes, security roles, integrations, and reports.
• Expertise in preparing Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scenarios, Test Data, and Defect Reports.
• Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.

Job Overview

Responsibilities:

Non-Direct Routing (NDR) Optimization:

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize NDR processes, minimizing transportation costs while maintaining service levels.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, procurement, customer service) to identify NDR opportunities and -streamline order fulfillment.

- Manage carrier and logistics service provider relationships, negotiating rates, managing contracts, and ensuring compliance with routing guidelines.

Reverse Logistics (RVP) Management:

- Oversee the RVP process, encompassing returns, exchanges, and product recalls, to minimize costs and maximize recovery value.

- Partner with customer service, repair, and warehouse teams to streamline RVP processes and improve customer satisfaction.

- Manage relationships with reverse logistics partners, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely and efficient processing of returns and exchanges.

Pickup Coordination:

- Coordinate pickups from various locations (suppliers, warehouses, distribution centers) to optimize transportation efficiency and minimize costs.

- Schedule and monitor pickup activities, track shipment status, and resolve any issues or delays to ensure on-time pickup and delivery.

- Communicate pickup schedules and requirements to carriers and internal stakeholders for alignment with logistics plans.

Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement:

- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure logistics performance in areas like on-time - pickup/delivery, NDR utilization, and RVP processing time.

- Analyze logistics data and performance metrics to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement.

- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing process improvements, best practices, and technology solutions to enhance logistics efficiency and customer service.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

- 1-3 years of experience in logistics operations, transportation management, or a similar role.

- Proven track record of identifying and implementing logistics process improvements.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across departments.

- Experience working with transportation management systems (TMS) a plus

Required Skills:

• Proven work experience as an Enterprise / Data / Analytics Architect - Data Platform in HANA XSA, XS, Data Intelligence and SDI
• Can work on new and existing architecture decision in HANA XSA, XS, Data Intelligence and SDI
• Well versed with data architecture principles, software / web application design, API design, UI / UX capabilities, XSA / Cloud foundry architecture
• In-depth understand of database structure (HANA in-memory) principles.
• In-depth understand of ETL solutions and data integration strategy.
• Excellent knowledge of Software and Application design, API, XSA, and microservices concepts

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Advise and ensure compliance of the defined Data Architecture principle.
• Identifies new technologies update and development tools including new release/upgrade/patch as required. 
• Analyzes technical risks and advises on risk mitigation strategy.
• Advise and ensures compliance to existing and development required data and reporting standard including naming convention.

The time window is ideally AEST (8 am till 5 pm) which means starting at 3:30 am IST. We understand it can be very early for an SME supporting from India. Hence, we can consider the candidates who can support from at least 7 am IST (earlier is possible).

Description:
