Role Overview

The role involves driving business growth for our advanced AR/VR/MR training simulators by identifying opportunities, building strong networks, and converting high-value deals across industries and institutions.

This role is ideal for someone who has a strong hunter mindset and has proven success in B2B sales. Someone who thrives on achieving targets, loves being on the field, opening doors, building relationships, and consistently delivering numbers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across target industries and institutions
• Build a strong sales pipeline and drive consistent order closures
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
• Deliver impactful product demonstrations and position solutions based on training outcomes and ROI
• Drive end-to-end sales activities including lead generation, negotiations, order closure, delivery coordination, and payment realization
• Track market opportunities, competition, and customer requirements proactively
• Take complete ownership of territory performance and revenue targets

What We Are Looking For

• 0-3 years of proven experience in B2B / institutional sales with demonstrated sales results
• Strong networking capability and ability to open and build accounts independently
• Experience in selling technology products that are training solutions or industrial products, or capital equipment
• (AR/VR/MR experience preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong hunter mindset with passion for achieving numbers and exceeding targets
• Self-driven, energetic, persistent, and execution-focused personality
• Comfortable working in a startup like environment with high ownership and accountability
• Sound communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Ability to handle relatively long sales cycles with patience and persistence
• Willingness to travel extensively across India
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred

A Design Engineer is responsible for developing, designing, and improving products, components, or systems based on technical requirements and customer needs. The role involves creating detailed engineering drawings, 3D models, and specifications using CAD software, while ensuring designs meet quality, safety, and performance standards.

Design Engineers collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, procurement, and project management to ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and manufacturable. They analyze design feasibility, conduct simulations and testing, and modify designs based on results and feedback.

The role also includes material selection, tolerance analysis, and documentation preparation. Design Engineers support prototype development, troubleshoot design issues, and assist in transitioning designs from concept to production. Continuous improvement, innovation, and compliance with industry standards are key aspects of the role.

Key Skills: CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA), problem-solving, technical documentation, analytical thinking, teamwork.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.

Job description

Motion Graphic Artist with experience to develop our company's overall layout and production design. Motion Graphic Artist: Photoshop / After Effects / Illustrator. Take the design brief to record requirements and needs. Think creatively and develop innovative design concepts and graphics.

Required Candidate profile

Adobe After Effects, Making Explanatory Videos, Promotional Videos.

Knowledge of After Effects

Expertise in all forms of animation and design, especially for brands and branded content.

Must be able to work with a wide range of mixed media, stop motion, 2D

Design and animation aesthetic

Eagerness to learn and improve software skills.

 An inquisitive attitude and explorative approach to work.

1. Building REST APIs using Node.js, Express, and MongoDB
2. Working on Flutter application development using various advanced strategies like state management, API integrations, and scalable databases
3. Working with Socket.io library for Flutter and Node.js product development
4. Learning and developing the cryptographic functions for product security
5. Managing product workloads on public/private cloud - we are currently on AWS & also planning to be on GCP/Azure (our platform would also be available as on-premise deployment, you will handle these deployments)
6. Develop API based architecture in order to ensure the business growth and integration-al capabilities of the product
7. Work on using GIT and CI-CD for product version control and continuous delivery

1. Address and resolve applications issues, provide updates and perform root cause analysis.
2. Plan, execute and implement applications and configuration change procedures.
3. Supervise all alerts related to application and system procedures and provide services proactively.
4. Maintain good professional relationships with counterparts of development, Platformsupportand channel partners
5. Gain and maintain expertise in flow of application process and systems related to domain
6. Flexibility - responsibilities may require occasional evening and weekend work.
7. Coordinate across teams and resolve all complex application and system issues ranging in complexity (Low to Critical).
8. Coordinate with departments and QA departments and administer code migrations in various environments and production outputs.
9. Manage all production systems and recommend ways to optimize performance and provide solution to problems and prepare reports for all problems.
10. Follow standards and best practices bring operational efficiencies, stability and availability of the system.
11. Comprehend various metrics on operational dashboards and reports and take corrective actions

13. Assisting with systems integration
14. Issue management and problem management - ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date
