What are we looking for: We are looking for a Flight Integration & Testing Engineer to support

UAV integration, testing, troubleshooting, and field validation activities. The role involves working

closely with R&D, electronics, embedded, and operations teams to ensure successful drone

integration, mission readiness, and flight performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform UAV flight integration, calibration, and system testing

• Conduct field testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of drones

• Integrate flight controllers, telemetry systems, payloads, and communication modules

• Support autonomous mission planning and operational testing

• Work on RF systems, GPS-denied navigation, and EW resilience integration

• Coordinate with embedded, mechanical, and production teams during testing phases

• Maintain testing reports, logs, SOPs, and validation documentation

• Identify system issues and support rapid prototyping and R&D improvements

• Ensure compliance with safety and operational testing standards

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience in drone/UAV integration and testing

• Strong understanding of flight controllers and telemetry systems

• Knowledge of RF communication systems and payload integration

• Understanding of autonomous drone operations and mission planning

What are we looking for: Assist the Senior Executive in managing OEM accounts and OEM

vendors. Support technical discussions, product specification verification, compliance checks, and

end-to-end order coordination to ensure smooth execution of OEM projects..

Key Responsibilities:  Communicate with OEM vendors through emails, calls, and meetings.  Assist in technical discussions regarding goods and product specifications.  Verify datasheets, part numbers, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and drawings.  Cross-check product availability, alternates, and lead times with vendors.  Ensure compliance with required certifications before releasing orders.  Maintain RFQ records, BOM comparison sheets, and order tracking reports.  Coordinate with Engineering, Purchase, Production, QA, and Logistics teams.  Follow up on pricing, sampling, approvals, testing, and dispatch.  Support resolution of technical, quality, or supply-related issues.

Technical Skills Required  Strong written English communication (mandatory for vendor/OEM ).  Good data management and documentation control skills.  Proficiency in MS Excel.  Working knowledge of MS Word and Google Drive / Google Sheets.  Ability to read and understand datasheets.  Strong coordination and follow-up skills.  Attention to detail in BOM and specification verification.

What are we looking for: We are looking for a Senior CAE Engineer to lead simulation, analysis,

and validation activities for UAV platforms and subsystems. The role involves performing advanced

engineering simulations, supporting design decisions, optimizing product performance, and

validating designs through correlation with testing data.

You will work closely with design, avionics, manufacturing, and flight-test teams to ensure robust,

lightweight, and reliable UAV systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural, modal, vibration, thermal, and CFD simulations for UAV systems and

components.

• Develop, validate, and maintain CAE models for airframes, payloads, and mechanical

subsystems.

• Correlate simulation results with physical testing and experimental data.

• Support design optimization for weight reduction, performance improvement, and reliability

enhancement.

• Generate technical reports, analysis documentation, and certification support documents.

• Participate in design reviews and provide engineering recommendations based on simulation

results.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, avionics, manufacturing, and testing.

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical capability development within the team.

• Drive innovative engineering solutions and support concept development activities.

• Manage multiple analysis projects while meeting quality and timeline requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related

discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in CAE, simulation, or engineering analysis.

• Strong proficiency in FEA, CFD, and engineering simulation tools such as ANSYS,

HyperWorks, Abaqus, Nastran, or similar platforms.

• Good understanding of structural mechanics, vibration, thermal analysis, and fluid dynamics.

• Experience working with composite and metallic structures.

• Ability to interpret test data and validate simulation models.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in UAV, aerospace, automotive, defense, or robotics industries.

• Knowledge of aerospace design standards and certification requirements.

• Exposure to lightweight structure design and optimization techniques.

• Familiarity with flight-test data analysis and validation processes.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive to support day-to-day marketplace operations across Amazon, Flipkart, and Quick Commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations on Amazon Vendor Central (India)

Execute tasks on Flipkart Alpha / RetailNet

Support quick commerce platforms (Blinkit/Zepto/Instamart or similar)

Maintain catalog & PDP accuracy (pricing, content, images, compliance)

Coordinate with graphics team for listing uploads

Raise cases/tickets with marketplaces when required

Execute tasks shared by P3P partners & share data with Ads agency

Maintain DWRs, sales & stock reports and flag anomalies

Qualifications & Skills:

1–3 years experience in ecommerce operations

Vendor Central experience preferred

Understanding of Flipkart Alpha/RetailNet workflows

Basic Excel / Google Sheets skills

Strong coordination, follow-up & process-driven mindset
