What You’ll Do:

• Drive Process Reforms: Map existing workflows across Sales, Sourcing, Retail, E-commerce, Marketing, Accounts, Finance, Legal, and other functions—identify inefficiencies and redesign for speed, accuracy, and scalability.
• Document & Diagram Workflows: Create clear process documentation and visual workflow diagrams for every automation and tool integration to ensure transparency and maintainability.
• Produce Training Content: Develop short, engaging video tutorials and introductory demos that walk teams through new SaaS/no-code tools and AI workflows, ensuring rapid adoption and self-service capability.
• Implement Modern SaaS using Vibe Coding & No-Code Solutions: Lead the roll-out of platforms such as Coda, Make, Zapier, n8n, and generative-AI services—build custom dashboards, automated notifications, data integrations, and self-service portals for each department.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders from every team to define requirements, pilot new systems, gather feedback, and scale solutions—ensure adoption through workshops, documentation, and ongoing support.
• Prototype & Experiment Rapidly: Develop proof-of-concept automations and AI workflows; conduct quick A/B tests to validate impact on KPIs like turnaround time, error rates, and employee satisfaction.
• Scale & Standardize: Once a tool or process shows positive ROI, establish best practices, security guidelines, and governance frameworks to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Tech Lead with a strong background in PHP and Angular development to head a small technical team (~3 ppl). This tech lead job will have a large amount of time spent on coding.

General Requirements:

• An undergraduate or graduate degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development

Key Technical Skills:

• Architecture: Expertise in design and implementation
• Front-End Development: Strong in Angular
• Back-End Development: Extensive experience in Node.js and PHP
• Databases: Strong in MySQL
• Version Control: Strong experience with Git
• Cloud: Strong experience with AWS

Soft Skills:

• Fluent in English
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong team player with the ability to work well in a group
• Comfortable with delegating tasks and ensuring the delivery of high-quality code from the entire team in a timely manner

• Design and implementation of the overall web architecture
• Pixel-perfect implementation and integration of our approved user interface
• Design and construction of REST API
• Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules
• Design and deployment of database
• Integration of data storage solutions including various databases, blob stores, key-value pairs, etc.
• Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
• Ensuring the entire stack is designed and built for speed and scalability
• Design and implementation of continuous integration and deployment
• Handle overall website deployment and build process
• Work closely with different stakeholders to both develop detailed specification documents with clear project deliverables and timelines, and to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

• 3-5 years of experience in web development and coding within a cross-disciplinary environment
• Good at writing HTML, CSS,Bootstrap and JavaScript. Being up on the latest practices is a must, e.g., HTML5, CSS3, and ECMAScript 6 (minimum)
• Good experience in JQuery, JavaScript
• Must have exp. on PHP, MYSQL, MVC, Linux, logging, Unit testing, Subversion, Restful/soap
• Experience with Source Control tools (Subversion
• Expert in back-end programming language PHP with Laravel framework and IDE
• Good experience in JQuery, JavaScript.
• ReactJS, AngularJS or VueJS would be preferred
• Experience with Source Control tools (Subversion)
• Ideally, familiarity with CSS preprocessors, bundlers, and associated languages/ syntaxes/ libraries
• Database design and management with No-SQL, Mysql, including being up on the latest practices and associated version
• Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with a relevant and globally supported framework both front-end and back-end
• Thorough understanding of user experience and possibly even product strategy
• Experience implementing testing platforms and unit tests
• Proficiency with version control system preferred Git
• Appreciation for clean and well-documented code
• Experienced in full web development life cycle from requirements gathering to Server management and deployment for the relevant environment
• WordPress Experience is a plus.
• Understanding of SEO principles.

Responsibilities 

- Responsible to translate the design wireframe to WordPress/Opencart/Ecommerce frameworks with the help of Component, Plugins and modules.

- Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)

- Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js)

- Responsible for handling WordPress and its components / plugins upgrade , customization / creation of web application and portal development independently.

- Should have a strong understanding of Logic and Data Structure.

- Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas.

- Code and modify custom applications using CMS Platforms.

- Responsible for both back - end and front - end development , including Modifying WordPress themes and plugins.

- Strong MySQL database skills.

- Comfortable working with front - end technologies (HTML , CSS , Jquery , JavaScript)

- Experience of CMS like Wordpress , Opencart , Magento.

- The candidate should have a strong understanding of industry trends and content management systems.

- Experience with responsive and adaptive design is strongly preferred.

- Also , an understanding of the entire web development process , including design , development , and deployment is preferred.

- Having experience of WooCommerce Customization , WooCommerce develops / modify add - ons , WooCommerce API , Wordpress / WooCommerce Webhooks , WooCommerce Payment Gateway development and Wordpress API.
