Role Overview

We are hiring an L1 IT Support Engineer to provide first-level support for end-user issues related to Windows systems, Office 365, and general IT operations. The role involves troubleshooting, ticket handling, and ensuring timely resolution or escalation of issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1 support via calls, emails, and ticketing tools
• Troubleshoot Windows OS and Office 365 issues (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
• Handle password resets, account access, and user management (Active Directory)
• Install/configure laptops, desktops, printers, and software
• Perform basic network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS)
• Log and track issues in ServiceNow/Jira and meet SLA timelines
• Escalate complex issues to L2 teams
• Support user onboarding/offboarding and system setup
• Maintain basic documentation and SOPs

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in IT Support / Helpdesk / Desktop Support
• Good knowledge of Windows OS (10/11) and Microsoft Office 365
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, networking, and security concepts
• Exposure to Linux/Unix environments (basic level)
• Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
• Basic understanding of programming/scripting (Java, Python, etc.) is a plus
• Experience in fast-paced or SaaS environments is an advantage
• Strong communication skills (English) and problem-solving ability

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: 1-2 years in outbound sales (B2B, SaaS, or IT Sales preferred).
• Strong ability to independently generate leads through various platforms and tools.
• Proven track record in nurturing leads and closing deals.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven with excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and outbound sales strategies.
• Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, or emerging technologies is a plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Outbound Lead Generation & Prospecting:

• Identify and qualify high-potential leads through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
• Leverage online platforms, Gohigh Level and tools to build and maintain a robust lead pipeline.
• Develop creative and personalized outreach strategies to engage prospects.

Client Engagement & Relationship Building:

• Initiate contact with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through consistent follow-ups and support.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the value of Orai's AI solutions.

Sales Pitching & Deal Closure:

• Develop persuasive sales pitches and proposals for outbound prospects.
• Address objections and negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure deals.
• Drive the sales process from initial outreach to closing the deal.

Pipeline Management & Target Achievement:

• Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress toward targets.

·      Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas and KPIs.

·      Strong skills in addressing objections, negotiating contracts, and finalizing deals.

Market Research & Sales Insights:

• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market conditions.
• Use insights to refine outbound sales strategies and identify new opportunities.

·      Understanding of AI, Machine Learning, SaaS, or emerging technologies.

·      Hands-on experience with CRM tools for managing and analyzing sales activities.

Reporting & Analytics:

• Keep accurate records of all sales activities and interactions in the CRM.
• Prepare and share regular sales performance reports with the team.

We are looking for a Senior PHP Developer, responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.

3. Providing availability solutions like Mirroring, Log Shipping, Replication and Always on.
4. Database Up gradation and Migration
5. Ensure performance monitoring, backup, restore, and security recovery solutions.
6. Troubleshooting expertise in SQL server issues under production environment.
7. Handling the entire production servers with skills and understanding client's requirement Experience in Database administration activities for DB Security (creating users, roles, and assigning permission to them).
8. Automating process by creating jobs, and error reporting using Alerts by SQL Server Agent.
