We are hiring for ASP.NET MVC/Core Developer for our office @ Ahmedabad location.

Hybrid work option.

We are looking candidates from Gujarat only.

Experience Range: 1-3 years

Role and Qualifications:

• Essential: Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC & ASP.NET Core, with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience
• Familiarity with .NET framework versions starting from .NET 4.5 and onwards
• Strong grasp of C#, JavaScript, TSQL, HTML, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET Web API, and MSSQL
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Even candidates with foundational knowledge are encouraged, including freshers

1. We are looking for candidates who have good programming skills. Strong on data structures, algorithms, understand time space complexity, able to come up with multiple solutions and then arrive at most optimized one keeping in mind customer requirements. Should also be well aware of OO concepts. If he / she has a strong background on these areas ( in any programming language),
2. Next the candidate should have worked on JS  with good hands on experience in a few projects mainly in backend development like making api calls, handling exception, models, data transformations, controllers etc. 
3. The last would be having some experience in any one of react.js/ node.js or even angular.js since some of these are being used in the current project. 
4. Prefer candidates with Angular (ver 8+), react.js (ver 16+), Node (Ver 14+) and extremely good in JavaScript, HTML & CSS
5. Experience : 3-6 years relevant

7-10 years of experience, including 3+ years of lead experience, preferably working for a startup. The Creative Lead leads the design process including initial requirements definition and conceptualization with the Business Analysis teams and the project managers. A designer contributes to the evolution and improvement of the existing design   process. The Creative Lead also collaborates with the internal teams to develop creative strategy. In addition, he or she also converts complex technical and/ or business concepts into compelling visuals/ graphics.

• The roles and responsibilities of the Creative Lead include the following:
• Overseeing all digital projects and being responsible for the overall quality of the design deliverable.
• Directing the creative team in production of digital assets and other deliverables online and in prints.
• Communicating and creating an overall creative team vision by defining the direction and goals for the group.
• Setting and maintaining creative standards for the department
• Writing project creative briefs especially for web and mobile layouts (the train of thoughts)
• Adhering to compliance procedures and internal/ operational risk controls in accordance with all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policy.

What Will You Work On?

You will join the game studio team within AutoVRse, helping build District M, a VR, rhythm-based platformer, a first-of-its-kind for an indie studio out of India. As a core part of this team, you will play an instrumental role in creating this game and ushering in the next era of immersive gaming.

• We launched a free demo on Oculus Applab, and a lot of content creators/gamers are in love with it!
• Our official game trailer was featured in the UploadVR Summer Showcase, 2022 - earlier this year.
• We've recently become a part of the "PlayStation Partner" program and will soon be working on making our game accessible across VR platforms.

As a Game Developer, you will work closely with the design and production art teams to create mechanics and components that are a core part of the gameplay. We hire people with a broad set of technical skills, who have a passion for gaming and are excited to create diverse, impactful and memorable experiences for our user base. Your enthusiasm to take on new problems is what will help us push the boundaries of what is possible in VR games today.

What Can You Look Forward To?

• Build multi-platform VR games (starting with District M), for - Meta Quest 2, PSVR etc.
• Ideating, and implementing game mechanics from a prototype stage to a fully polished game.
• Participate in the feature / mechanics-definition process, along with the Design and Art teams.
• Collaborate closely with other engineers, production artists and level designers.
• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
• Working in and growing along with an ambitious, accelerating, early-stage game studio.

Mandatory Qualities:

1. Experience in game development workflows, engines, processes and tools.

2. Demonstrated ability of building polished mechanics and systems built with scalable code practices.

3.   Thorough knowledge of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming), Data Structures and Algos.

4. Basic idea of 3D Design concepts - modelling / geometry, texturing, lighting, maps etc.

Good-To-Haves:

1. Experience with Virtual Reality (VR), including but not limited to 3D Graphics, OpenGL et al.

2.   Knowledge of VCS (Version-Control Systems) such as Git, Unity Collab / similar.

3. Knowledge of Object-Oriented Design (OOD), Design Patterns, 3D Math, UI, Animation.

4.   Knowledge of 3D Design Tools such as Blender, Substance Painter/Design, 3dsMax / Maya etc.

5. 1-2 years of game / VR development experience with Unity, Unreal Engine, C # et al.

Salary Range: ₹ 5,00,000 - 12,00,000 PER ANNUM

● Design and develop responsive and visually appealing web applications and user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, React frameworks.

● Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and software engineers to understand project requirements and translate them into interactive, user-friendly interfaces.

● Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability.

● Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

● Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI development, and recommend their integration to enhance our products.

● Identify and address performance and compatibility issues across different browsers and platforms.

● Champion UI development best practices, standards, and guidelines within the development team.

Skills/ Experience

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

● Proven experience as a UI Developer or Front-End Developer, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in building user interfaces for web applications.

● Proficiency in front-end technologies such as TypeScript, Tailwind, React, Redux.

● Strong understanding of responsive design principles.

● Solid knowledge of web performance optimization techniques and best practices.

● Familiarity with Figma and other UI/UX design tools, to collaborate effectively with designers.

● Demonstrated experience in writing UI components to corresponding backend APIs and Databases.

● Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex UI-related issues.

● Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Skills

• Have published at least one original React JS Application.
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.

Roles 

Should be able to single-handedly build performant mobile apps on the React JS platform. You will be responsible for architecting and building these applications, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure. Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment to perfection is required.

Responsibilities 

• Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across web platforms.
• Leverage APIs for deep integrations with web platforms.
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.
• Writing application interface codes using JavaScript following react.js workflows.
• Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
• Developing and implementing front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.
