Digital Test Analyst

We’re in search of an experienced QA Team Leader to handle testing of the company’s product or system. As QA Team Leader you will be responsible for designing and implementing tests, debugging issues, performing root-cause analyses, defining corrective actions, and tracking quality assurance metrics. You will be responsible for our student test engineers to follow up and coach them. Dare to make a difference and have an impact from Day One!

Job Profile:

Role and responsibility

• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured testing documentation.
• Allocate work across the team to ensure business requirements are met.
• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Establish QA metrics, goals, and objectives in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Manage the QA testing environment, including configuring test environments and maintaining test data integrity.
• Expert in the API testing.
• Proficient in the database testing
• Experienced with J Meter
• Participating in daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and sprint retrospectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and customer support, to identify quality issues and drive resolution.
• Conduct thorough testing of software applications, systems, and products to identify defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in software quality assurance and testing methodologies.

Skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering.
• Min 6 years of experience in software testing
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies and tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of testers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Experience with test management tools (e.g. JIRA, Quality Center)
• High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams.
• Having experience in automation testing will be an added advantage like selenium, APM, Rest Assured/Karate Framework, Jenkin

Role: Digital Marketing Manager - Google and Affiliates

What you will be doing

• Drive quality  user acquisition at scale through Google by creating exceptional  app campaigns and ads
• Analyse and optimize app installation ad campaigns to increase ROAS
• Research and implement new features and strategies to improve campaign effectiveness
• Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and acquire new customers.
• Grow and Scale  the affiliate network to increase the number of user acquisitions
• Negotiate and manage contracts, commissions, and terms with affiliate partners to ensure profitability and mutual benefits.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, conversion rates, and ROI to identify areas for optimization,improvement and fraud prevention
• Monitor and analyze campaigns daily to meet goals
• Measure and report daily on the performance of digital marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with the Graphic Design team to create compelling creatives and promotional materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and customer support, to optimize the customer journey and enhance the affiliate partner experience.
• Pushing our Digital marketing Strategies beyond industry best practices

What you will need

• Mandatory Hands on experience in Google UAC and MMP 
• Excellent skills in Excel and Data Querying
• Experience in using marketing data tools (Appsflyer/ Branch / Singular ) and marketing analytics
• Start-up background or willingness to work in a start-up environment
• Our ideal candidate has 1-4 years of digital marketing experience
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with affiliate partners.
• An analytical mind and an interest in the Digital marketing industry is a must
• Eager to learn, self-driven, independent problem-solving ability

Your Impact:

As a financial education platform, we expect you to have a holistic understanding of finance/capital markets (Stocks, etc).

• Build pixel-perfect, smooth UIs across mobile platforms.

• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native

• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code.

• Maintain and write high-quality code to ensure the product is seamless and bug-free.

• Participate in Agile development, POC development, brainstorming, etc.

• Coordinate and collaborate with other members for smooth and swift development.

Skills required:
